Boro secure services of Cameroon international
Middlesbrough FC have reportedly secured the services of Harold Moukoudi until the end of the season.
The Cameroon international joined Boro in January and has quickly become a key player for the club.
According to Teesside Live, Boro have been in negotiations with St Etienne in recent weeks regarding extending the contract of the defender until the end of the season.
Harold Moukoudi has added height and strength to the defence and his arrival has been greeted with excitement from Boro boss Jonathan Woodgate.
Woodgate has been planning on how to take advantage of the restart to quickly move away from the relegation zone.
It is understood that the club are also engaged in agreements with other key players whose contracts are set to expire in the summer.
There have also been reports of a summer transfer move for Dael Fry, with several clubs interested in his services. Meanwhile, Marcus Tavernier has also been linked a move to the Premier League.
The confirmation of Moukoudi is a huge boost for the club as they look to survive the relegation battle.
