Boro set for Kieran Scott appointment as Head of Football
Kieran Scott is set to leave his current role at Norwich City to join Middlesbrough to oversee the entire technical operation.
Kieran Scott will leave his Head of Recruitment role at Norwich City to move to Boro.
Scott will be tasked with recruitment, the welfare of players, negotiating new signings and contracts, and oversee loans and player pathways.
He is expected to work closely with Boro Chief Executive, Neil Bausor, when he joins at the end of the summer transfer window.
Scott's record with Norwich City speaks of his quality, having helped the Canaries secure promotion twice in the last three seasons. He helped The Canaries secure promotion to the Premier League in 2019 and in 2021.
Some of his notable signings at Norwich City include Emi Buendia, Teemu Pukki, Kenny McLean, Tim Krul, Ben Gibson and Oliver Skipp.
