Mido is set to feature in his first pre season game of the season against Carlisle tonight.

After having to watch the Boro game against celtic live on tv last week, he will now be able to take part in a pre season game.

Gareth Southgate is set to play 2 different teams for each half as he has done throughout the pre season.

David Wheater will start the game against Carlisle, after returning from injury.

Middlesbrough FC boss Gareth Southgate said that there will be several changes to the team.

"We will have a slightly different team to the one that started on Wednesday," he said.

"I am very pleased with the way the programme has gone so far are and we are looking forward to another good test against Carlisle tomorrow."

"David Wheater should get his first start of the pre-season programme tomorrow. The next couple of weeks are important for David to get him up to match fitness."

Kick-off is at 3pm with entry costing £10 for adults and £5 for over-65s and U17s.
