Defender set for Boro medical ahead of transfer
The former QPR defender is set to have a medical at Middlesbrough FC ahead of a summer transfer move.
According to a report by The Daily Telegraph, Grant Hall is set for a medical at Middlesbrough FC after leaving QPR earlier this summer.
The defender left QPR as a free agent, having spent the last five seasons at Loftus Road after joining from Tottenham Hotspur in 2015.
Hall made 130 appearances for QPR, but decided to turn down the a new contract with the R's and look for a new club instead.
Boro face competition from Championship rivals Swansea City to secure the signing in the summer transfer window, but if rumours are to believed Middlesbrough are the favourites to secure his signature.

The departures of Harold Moukoudi, Daniel Ayala and Ryan Shotton leave Boro light in defence and Hall is seen as an experienced player who can slot into the starting eleven.
