Gareth Has Money To Spend
Middlesbrough Football Club manager, Gareth Southgate has stated that he has money to spend on players he wishes to bring to the club.
Southgate who broke the club record signing for Afonso Alves in January for £13 million has however said that he will not splash the cash on anyone.
The Boro boss has built up his team over the past 2 seaons and now has competition for places in all positions.
With the recent injury to keeper Brad Jones however, Southgate feels an extra player could beneficial,
"As I have said before, I don't envisage us doing much business before the window closes, but the one thing we have to think about is cover for our keepers."

I think both Brad and Ross Turnbull have shown in the opening games that the faith we have in them is fully justified, but maybe we need some extra cover for them.
