Middlesbrough likely to sanction loan moves for trio
Although Boro will be short of options in the various positions as we go into the summer, they are still lining up loan moves for three players.
According to reports, Middlesbrough are likely to allow trio Sam Folarin, Connor Malley, and Jack Robinson to leave the club on loan this summer.
Both Folarin and Malley had their debuts this season, but Robinson is yet to have his chance. However, there is a likelihood that they may all have to go out on loan to gain more first-team experience, considering that their chances of regular playing time next season could be slim.
Middlesbrough are likely to be short of options in various positions, considering that Ashley Fletcher and Britt Assombalonga already confirmed departures and that players like Marvin Johnson, Nathaniel Mendez-Laing, and Jordan Archer are all nearing the expiration dates of their respective deals.
Boro also have players like Neeskens Kebano, Marcus Bettinelli and Yannick Bolasie all finishing their loan deals at the end of the season.
Still, Boro are looking forward to loaning Folarin, Malley, and Robinson out of the club. It could only mean that Neil Warnock is planning for a massive transfer window this summer.
