Middlesbrough waiting for confirmation on deal for Everton winger
Middlesbrough FC are waiting for confirmation in a late race to sign Everton winger Yannick Bolasie.
Boro had inquired about the services of Yannick Bolasie on Thursday and have been in talks with Everton regarding a loan deal.
Both clubs had been far apart in their valuation of the player, however, a deal had been struck close to the transfer deadline.
Blackburn Rovers, Derby County and Millwall had also expressed interest in the 31-year-old, but Bolasie was set on a switch to the Riverside.
Bolasie has gained a reputation as a skilful winger and would add a different dimension to Boro's attack.
Neil Warnock has regularly stated his desire to improve the attack and the signing of Bolasie adds depth to the options in the final third.
