Neil Warnock delighted to have Duncan Watmore on board
The Boro manager had his say on Watmore's decision to sign a new deal with the club.
Duncan Watmore today signed a new two-and-a-half-year contract at Boro.
His fine form for Boro since signing a short-team deal saw him attract transfer interest from Premier League sides West Brom and Burnley, whilst Championship rivals Stoke City, Swansea and Watford were also monitoring the 26-year-old's situation.
Neil Warnock said, "We're delighted to get him on board."
"I don't think it was ever in doubt that he would sign with us because he has loved every minute of it here so far."
"He gets on with the players and the staff, and he is really enjoying himself."

He's a real good lad. We're looking forward to having him here on a longer-term basis now and hopefully seeing him score plenty more goals for the club.
