Porritt Signs Boro Contract
Teenage midfielder Nathan Porritt has signed his first professional contract with Middlesbrough FC.
The 18 year old, former England U17 star has signed a 2 year deal at the Riverside keeping him at the club until 2010. The left sided midfielder or striker was at the center of attention in 2006 when a Panorama documentary featured the player been offered to the likes of Chelsea, Liverpool and Newcastle without Boro's permission.
It is unlikely that Porritt will be a regular at the club this season, with a possibility of getting loaned out to a lower league club for vital experience.
