Premier League clubs interested in £20 million rated Boro defender
Reports today suggest that a host of Premier League clubs have shown an interest in securing the signing of the 22-year-old defender.
According to 90min, Everton, Southampton, Burnley and Crystal Palace are all admirers of Boro defender Dael Fry.
It has also been claimed that Newcastle United are keen on the 22-year-old, along with Championship sides West Bromwich Albion and Fulham.
Boro have placed a £20 million price tag on the centre-back, who came through the club's academy.
Fry has featured 27 time for Boro in the Championship this season, with a source telling 90min that Boro would be willing to part company with Fry for the right amount of money.
Burnley had shown an interest in signing Fry in the Summer transfer window, with an £8 million bid dismissed by Boro last summer. Burnley returned with a £10 million bid in January, which Boro swiftly moved to reject.
With Boro already working under financial constraints and with the current uncertainties, the club may need to sell Fry to balance its books.

Jonathan Woodgate is expected to make additions in the summer and a huge transfer fee for Fry could be the source of funding for incoming players.
