Reports dismiss Nottingham Forest link to Middlesbrough forward
Reports had previously suggested that Nottingham Forest were interested in signing Middlesbrough forward Chuba Akpom.
According to reports, Nottingham Forest are not looking at signing Chuba Akpom, who has been told to leave Boro this summer.
The 25-year-old could only score five goals for Neil Warnock's side last season, a low return considering his move to the club last September.
Nottingham Forest were linked with a summer transfer move for the player, however, this has now been downplayed and it's been confirmed that they are not interested in signing the former Arsenal player.
Meanwhile, QPR will be boosted by this news, having been linked with move for him this summer.

Nottingham Forest manager Chris Hughton previously worked with Akpom during his time at Brighton, but that wont pave the way for the club to sign him.
