A deal has been agreed between Boro and Wolves, however although Traore’s release clause at Boro is £18m, it is understood Wolves are likely to pay more than that through instalments.

The Premier League club are set to pay an initial £10m up front for Traore, raising up to £20m through instalments, appearance fees and international call up.

Traore made 23 appearances for Boro last season, scoring three goals.
