Reports suggest that Yannick Bolasie is having “face-to-face talks” with Boro boss Tony Pulis at Rockliffe today.

The Everton winger, who Boro have been trying to finalise a deal for since the loan window opened, travelled to Middlesbrough’s training ground last night ahead of talks today.

The club are pushing for a season-long loan deal, with the option to make it permanent in the summer.

A “deal in principle” has also been reached between Middlesbrough and Everton for midfielder Mo Besic.

The Bosnian was at Rockliffe for talks last night and returned to the North West today to sort out an issue with Everton.

He is also expected to join on a season-long loan deal.
