I would take what Warnock says with a pinch of salt during this transfer window. It was almost identical to the Shrewsbury game if you saw that one. Same basic pattern to it, the opposition playing football and us hitting hopeful balls forward. The big difference of course was that Shrewsbury are a worse team than Barnsley and we selected a worse team tonight. The actual game though was no different at all. We actually selected a team that could have played 4-2-3-1 or 4-3-3 comfortably but we stuck with 3-5-2 and left Coulson as a right wing back all night long. Appalling. Not sure why people are having a meltdown about Warnocks team selection. He said before Shrewsbury game he would look to make wholesale changes if we progressed given size of squad. This idea he was using tonight's team selection to make a point is ridicuoous because he has already made that point previously. And not only has he made it but its been fully accepted by those above so he does not need to repeat it. Its out there and accepted. Just a case of trying to doing something about it which it seems everyone at club is trying.
