  1. imagine the difference this would make if it were put into the championship or even spread across all of the football league. Insanity.

  2. As others have said, it's Bolasie's attitude that sets him apart. Been really impressed with his commitment, especially as a loan player who might have seen our level as 'beneath' him. We've got nothing to play for and you can tell he still wants to win every game and was buzzing to grab a goal. I guess it's a little sad that giving a crap is enough to make a player stand out these days... but there we go. Would be amazing if we can convince him to stay although I'm sure he'll have plenty of offers. I'm not holding out any hope for Kebano, Fulham are on the way down and will have h

  3. Should have got Rory in when Barragan was taking our thrown ins. Or in his case when he was f**king up taking our throw ins

  5. NW was talking last week about targeting a youngster from PL on loan. Said he was due to speak to his dad soon. Not saying its Delap necessarily but could be him. https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/www.gazettelive.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/neil-warnock-wants-targets-give-20427167.amp

  6. This is off the top of my head and typed quickly so I'm sure there will be inaccuracies. It was a simply awful first half by both sides. You could have thrown a football into Bambi and his mates on an ice rink, and they'd have shown better ability to retain possession and technical quality. Our opening goal came courtesy of Bolasie intelligently pouncing on a heavy first touch by Borner to sprint past him and strike the ball via a deflection into the top corner. Sheffield Wednesday then won a penalty via Andre Green driving at McNair and beating him far too easily only to then coax Bola i

  9. It's no surprise that we're going to have some serious competition from lots of Championship clubs in Charlie Wyke. The way some people look down on him is staggering considering his goal scoring record this season. Some just seem to want sexy names and huge transfer fees.

  11. yeah was coming here to say this, McNair surprises me! Has to be the assist that has pushed him up there, thought Hall was the more defensively solid of the two of them.

  12. @Snowblind noticed Cunningham joined Preston on a permanent deal in Feb but only until end of summer. Seems he struggled with injuries since rejoining. Had same issue at Cardiff. https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/www.deepdaledigest.com/news/frankie-mcavoy-confirms-injury-blow-for-greg-cunningham-as-contract-dilemma-looms/%3famp

  13. Poor first half (both teams), much better second half - Played with more attacking intent. Coburn a good focal point when he came on. Bolasie was quick and powerful - stole the ball well for his goal, ran into the box and smashed it in (with the help of a deflection mind). Hall did well too. Can't think of anyone who was particularly poor.

  14. Good move for him. And them. About his level. Hell of a shame that’s he’s out of contact as I’d like to see him as leverage for Tav‘s brother

  15. @p_mards on the back of what you said I do think Warnock might look for a left footed defender who can play both CB or LB in a crisis. We got Dijkstell who can do that on other flank. I notice Geroge Friend not getting a game at Birmingham. Anyone fancy him as our 4th/5th choice CB and 3rd choice left back. Offer him a coaching role. Come on guys. Its Gorgeous here we talking about....

  16. Turned out rather well I thought especially the second half. Bolasie is becoming a very important player to keep hold of. @RiseAgainst well done Luton away next Saturday

  17. With these youngsters ... And if we can keep Bolasie and Kebab ... Plus add a few extra players ... I am looking forward to next season ... I know a lot of you are not, but that's not gonna spoil my optimism!

  18. It’s going to depend a lot on what Bolasie wants to do. We won’t break the wage structure anymore- those days are gone. Hence Fletcher leaving. Bolasie will definitely have bigger contract offers from overseas so it depends on how much he buys into Warnocks project.
