01/12/1900 - 1st fixture between both clubs, Boro 2 Blackpool 0 Biggest win 9-2 as mentioned below Hattricks & more in one game v Blackpool 10th December 1938, Wilf Mannion bagged 4 goals at home to Blackpool in the 9-2 thrashing, one more than Micky Fenton Wilf became the 9th different Boro player to score 4 goals in one 1st team game & the 17th in total 7th September 1925 - James McCelland scored all 3 in a 3-2 win at Bloomfield park, in a 2nd division fixture, it was James 1st Boro HT our 5th away HT & 39TH in total James became the 16th differe5 points

Yeah admin gets an automatic deduction. They can still face the other points deductions as well. I don't see it as being brilliant though. The people who lose out aren't the ones who screwed things up in the first place. They never are.3 points

Feel bad for Derby in a way and this might not be a popular opinion but its time like this I am so grateful for Steve Gibson. Someone on radio said Mel Morris has ran Derby like a vanity project for himself in last few years. I am glad Gibson makes tough unpopular decisions, even if i have criticised him for it in past, as its clear the man truly gives a sh*t about our club.2 points

If true that’s the most Micky mouse attitude from some players. Professional athletes at all levels in all sports know the importance of eating properly. If some players have been skipping meals just so they can stay in bed longer I’m absolutely flabbergasted.2 points

Riverside Stadium Saturday 18th September 2021 Kick off: 1500hrs. Highlights to be shown on Sky Sports and Quest though possibly some links might appear for live coverage. Introduction Once again our brave battleing Boro go into the fray welcoming the players and staff and supporters of Blackpool FC with both clubs experiencing different fortunes midweek. Boro mightley relieved to finally get their first away win of the season at Forest, who are in all sorts of trouble, and recording our second win of the season much to the delight of the fans. The game was not that gr1 point

I mentioned in the OP that the last time we beat Blackpool at home was December 2012, little bit of research but the m/d thread is on page 123 makes a good read, so many current members posting and some long forgotten ones as well. For those who were at the game the starting 11 was Steele, Hoyte, Halliday, Williams, Woodgate, Smallwood, Bailey, Leadbitter, I Miller, McDonald, Emnes. Subs Leutviller, Juke, Zemmama, Thompson, Luke Williams, Adam Reach and Stuart Parnaby. Boro won the game 2-1 Big Ish and Smallwood scoring. Tony Mowbray Manager.1 point

After the last couple of games, I'd be tempted to put Watmore in #10. Crooks has done the odd good thing in support of his fellow forwards but has drifted from his bright start a little. And I think we saw the best from Watmore last season buzzing around a striker. Gives us something a bit different to Crooks and Tav.1 point

he hasn't hit 10 starts for them this season according to wiki, and may or may not get past that number, so I doubt we will get any add ons from this season at all, they wouldnt be so easily obtainable and are likley items which are realistically only achievable after a few years of involvement and also probally based on the potential both villa and we thought we had here. his add ons won't be anything achievable in the first season, and wont be items that are based on their expected performance that can be achieved without him - such as qualify for championsleague - they wouldn't agree to that given they were 4th when signed him and getting there without him. epically given he is likely to end the season with possibly less than 10 starts for his team. if its based on the teams performance then no doubt he will have to play in a set % of them games for the add on to trigger a payment in our deal if team achievements are part of his add ons. so what they qualify or win wont matter, it will more to be done with his level of involvement and his performance levels, like number of games he plays for them, number of goals he gets (maybe in a season), international call ups hitting set numbers, achievements with him playing a set % of games not that they can't be easy to reach to add ons, but I doubt many teams agree to ones that are so easy to obtain, buying clubs are more likley to look at scenarios where if they are hit then they have a 30m/40m/50m+ asset on the books which if happen they are happy the deal worked out that way and will pay it. sadly we only seem to know what they are if they are achieved and a club decides to leak the news of the payment, which seems to mainly happen with sell on % more than add on payments. once in a while the add ons get leaked, like i'm sure Martial from man utd's were very public, and I think one of them was almost comical how ambioutious it was that it would happen as he had to be the best player in the world to achieve it

CL Will probably give an add on but I doubt we have an add on for them winning a European competition as that would be a pretty far fetched add on and be too risky on our behalf. I’d guess and say we have add ons for European qualifications of any kind.

You'll still be able to access the streams via a VPN, if you're not wanting to go full piracy with a dodgy stick. I watch all the Saturday 3pm matches on the club website using Opera Browser. Feels a bit better contributing to the club's finances, even if it's technically not allowed.
