I think 5 wins gets us in regardless of other results, there are 4 fairly straightforward opportunities then we need 1 massive performance somewhere else to get over the line
Blimey. Predict the last 9 games for all clubs. I have difficulty predicting 10 games in the predictions league. I assumed, of course, that we are going to win all our remaining games. It goes without saying.
But not immediately though? I absolutely want tickets to be cheaper but the club can't raise ticket prices for early bird and then even so much as match them in the summer if we're in the Prem, that's unfair and sends a message out of getting in early means nothing, it provides no benefit.
If we can sustain ourselves in the Prem though, absolutely want to see ticket prices come down using that Prem money and not see the prices justified because we're watching Prem football.
as weak are our striking options are we are doing okay on the goals front since wilder came in. it was much worse under warnock. full season of wilder and we wouldnt be talking about how bad we are at scoring goals. although i agree we are bad, but the stats look worse than the actual reality.
Eh? If we get promoted prices should increase, surely? Kind of the whole point of the early bird scheme, the loyal fans who are prepared to renew even if we may still be in the championship next season absolutely deserve to be paying less than anyone buying or renewing a season ticket just because we've gotten promoted.
I said "failing" not the best in the division. I would say we have play-off standard midfield and defence, a mid-table keeper and a bottom 6 strike force.
I would give the Sporar/Watmore partnership a 5/10 in that they were not the greatest pairing but functional in that we got by with them. The Connolly/Balogun pairing, I can't honestly call it a partnership, is a 2/10, it hasn't worked and doesn't look like working and despite the Sporar/Watmore combo not being great the "upgrade" with the two new loans has been underwhelming and failed to deliver.
I don't know where we stand with Akpom but if he returns I'd wager that he would be a better bet than either Connolly or Balogun despite the latter showing sporadic individual flashes of skill.
Green was my mum’s favourite colour, God bless her soul, but as a football strip it should absolutely never, ever be considered especially the shade we chose. It certainly won’t do justice to those with colour blindness.
