I would 100% take Pellistri for the RW slot. Takes the pressure off Jones without losing the style of Jones. -

I hope we don't get rid of Dijksteel. I just can't comprehend his seeming fall from grace, to being golden boy with Warnock (brolly and mints) and Wilder to not getting a look in with Carrick. You think it's purely down to positional shortfalls? -

I would also really like Ryan Hardie, I have done for a few years after looking back through my post history. Have watched him a large number of times with my lad being a huge Argyle fan. He works best as a central striker in a 3, so maybe the 4-2-3-1 would suit him. Would take a bit of £ to get him though with how The Greens are going at the moment. -

Yeh I initially thought Garnacho when Carrick first joined but he's getting a few minutes now for the 1st team and doing well, I would imagine that it would be Pellistri that would be more realistic (but even that is quite unrealistic). The other name I would like to see from Utd would be Iqbal, who would solve the massive lack of creativity and unpredictability in the middle of the park. -
According to a leak, looks like Izzy has made Southgates initial 55 man England squad!

I for one am looking forward to seeing Garnacho and Zidane Iqbal in January -
Having caught up I have to agree that losing Tav this late before the season opener leaves us light. I can only assume that we have managed a decent sell-on % in compromise for the surprising initial fee. I'm not buying the Echo's rhetoric either; they have intentionally used ambiguous phrases such as "offer we couldn't refuse" and "high valuation offer" to try and appease us after seeing the reaction from the fans and forums. I personally think that McGree is going to step up and have a great season. I also think people are doing him a disservice as well when highlighting Tavs engine; I
