  1. https://www.reddit.com/r/soccerstreams/comments/55d3km/match_thread_1400_gmt_west_ham_united_vs/ Take your pick of streams. No acestreams unfortunately.
  2. Guzan, Nugent and Gastón (albeit with longer hair) should also have fairly realistic representations of their faces.
  3. Get in Rhodes! Expecting typical 4-2-3-1 with fischer-downing-stuani, but 4-4-2 would be very welcome.
  4. Strange, I've always thought Brazil are very much known for their fullbacks. Maicon, Dani Alves, Marcelo, Cafu, Roberto Carlos, Jorginho, Carlos Alberto etc. Perhaps I shouldn't have phrased it that way. I should have said that Brazil's current stock of full backs aren't necessarily the best once you scratch beneath the surface. Even Filipe Luis didn't really cut it for Chelsea and he's the second choice left back. I have a habit of saying really stupid things without thinking at the moment, thanks for pointing that one out. :D
  5. Just to play a bit of devil's advocate, I think Brazil call up a lot of players we wouldn't want in our team and they're hardly known for full backs. Personally though I don't think it could hurt because Friend has looked very out of place in the league so far. If Fabio ends up playing up to the potential he once had then he becomes very valuable to us. Any chance Rhodes will play today?
  6. That seems to be Forshaw's registered height. http://www.mfc.co.uk/team/player-profile/adam-forshaw/34 A lot of conflict when googling though, I've seen 1.85m (6ft1), 1.75, 1.74, 1.82.. all over the place. Apparently the promoted teams have their faces updated in November, Hull & Burnley are already covered since they have a lot of players from when they previously in the Premiership.
  7. That statistic really sums up Downing & Stuani on the wings, I don't know how we can persist with them if it carries on much longer. I'm not sure if Traore will ever be a good player for us, but it can't hurt to take a passenger out for him.
  8. I thought at half time that come the end of the game I'd be on here slating Karanka for his stubborn persistence with his tactic so to be honest I'm pleasantly surprised by his substitutions and the subsequent fightback. Ok we didn't win, but we had a good go and prevented a potential embarassment. If only this can teach him that his 4231 isn't some magical tactic that we should use against everyone then at least we've made some progress today.
  9. I have a feeling Janssen will be one of those eredivisie strikers who fails to transition (don't we know all too well about those) so I'm thinking a low score game today. Obviously we won't be threatening their goal too much. I'll go 0-0. Easy to see a loss from the pessimism resulting from last week, but I think we'll just about come away with a credible result today.
  10. All round poor performance after the first twenty minutes. Only De Roon comes away from it looking good in my opinion. The biggest takeaway from that game for me though was how Friend has now struggled against three/four players this season. Zaha, Januzaj, Bolasie/Coleman aren't exactly the highest standard he'll face this season so it's worrying.
  11. Not sure Traore was as good as some are making out, admittedly he beat their defenders a couple of times but he also ran into a few dead ends and was incredibly lazy off the ball. Might be useful off the bench, but could be incredibly frustrating if he starts.
  12. I'm happy if we've got cash + adama. Straight swap or cash going the other way would be a bit disappointing. Very true, but a lot cheaper than buying from the prem on deadline day I suppose.
  13. Who? He's a Norwegian international, one of the better midfielders in the Eredivisie. Could be good competition to Gaston if he struggles in the premier league again.
  14. We should jump in and steal this Markus Henriksen deal that Hull are stalling on. Genuinely think we're done for incomings though.
  15. http://westbrom.com/forum/index.php?topic=18835.0 Looks like they're losing patience with Pulis' boring brand of football
  16. Good result from a terrible match. Once again happy with Forshaw taking his opportunity in the team.
  17. I'm all for never seeing Guzan in a Boro shirt again
  18. Great result, but a lot of suspect second half performances. Very happy to see Forshaw take his chance in the team well.
  19. Already thinking Dimi should be 2nd choice and I'm one of Dimi's critics.
  20. Shocking from Guzan which is a shame after that top save earlier. We deserved to concede that though.
  21. What I would say about that is in my opinion he's deliberately showing him the outside because he doesn't want him cutting inside onto his left foot. So he's giving him more space that side to force him that way but then obviously he may get around him on the outside. I agree that is his intention, but there was definitely one occasion were it allowed Januzaj to get dangerously into he box.
  22. It's nice to see Stuani proving me wrong so far, long may it continue. Lovely pass from Forshaw for the second goal. The only player I could slightly criticise is Friend for letting Januzaj past too easily a few times, but luckily it hasn't led to anything yet.
  23. Nsue was poor today imo and you could tell Stoke were targeting him, we were very lucky that Arnautovic also had a crap game. Very happy with Negredo, I was worried about him before the game.
  24. His career seems similar to Halilovic's to an extent so far so I'm sure he is pretty good. Probably a bit too good for us unfortunately.
  25. Ayala's new contract is the big news of the day for me. Then again it may be the only real news since we seem to be linked with increasingly ridiculous players. I'm sure Coric will be a good player, but it's worth noting the Croatia squad is heavily influenced by a very dodgy Dinamo executive who likes to keep the value of his players up.
