We most definatly need to get McManus signed up sharpish, he's been great since he arrived here. And he's steadied Wheaters game too. I think we are crying out for wingers at the moment. We've not had a proper right winger in years. Who to go for though? I'm not really sure who can play on the right of the players that have been earmarked. Speroni would be my choice for getting a keeper in. He seems to be pretty reliable and commands his area well. Prone to the odd clanger i've heard, but i suppose every keeper is now and then.

I think you've got to take Heskey. He brings out the best in Rooneys game. He does all the donkey work to allow other players to get forward and play more freely.
