Wouldn't surprise me at all if this is a big fuss over nothing and just Warnock playing mind games with the press and letting Bristol City know that they should be winning tomorrow / getting overly confident. As said above, why would a press conference be cut short because of injuries? What difference does an extra 15 minutes make if someone is out injured. -

That doesn't sound like COVID. If it was, the club wouldn't be 'assessing' the options, they would have to announce it sooner rather than later. Fingers crossed. -

Rob @ FMTTM just said there's a press conference being held today, with Warnock stating "you'll see why in a day." Couldn't be a surprise triple announcement, could it? -

For those questioning the point of signing Bamba, remember we signed Dimi as a fourth choice goalkeeper and he went on to become a club legend over the next couple season. -

Think we would be missing a trick if we had the option to sign him on a package that works for both of us. Although I do worry about his lack of football and desire to play. -

Happy with the addition of Bamba, more so for his experience and leadership. I suspect he'll be a great voice in the dressing room, something which we probably lack. -

I would stick with Lumley in goal so that he can get more minutes under his belt and familiarise himself with the squad. I'd also really like to see what Crooks and Ikpeazu could do as a front two, similar to Crooks and Smith at Rotherham last season. I was a bit taken back by just how tall Crooks is. He could be, pardon the pun, massive for us this season as long as he's played in his best position which I don't think is the right of a front three. Looking forward to seeing what Payero's set piece delivery is like because I feel McNair's is just too inconsistent when it should be one of our biggest assets. -

Morning all, a regular FMTTM poster here and used to post on this board as ‘TheTeessideOne’ a few years ago, but thought I’d update the persona. 👋🏻
