As Jamie H said, we need to stop these silly flicks as well as passing it around at the back. We are not the dominant team anymore and need to get used to it. I expected us to lose this game but we need a change of tactics and can't expect to dominate possession as we have done previously in the championship.

Hi all, Long time lurker, occasional poster. As someone who regularly listens to the EG's "tripe supper" its common to hear Anthony Vickers refer to new players buying into the "project". Obviously, the project was to get promoted - but now we're here. What is the new project that he alludes to? The one that he feels entices players? Staying up? Cup runs? Top half? Europe? What do you is our new "project"?

It's not Kev it's perfectly reasonable and realistic. That said, Fabbrini has never done this in his club career (although he's never had a full season run) and Adomah has stopped scoring as much as he's more defensive. Let's hope we're a bit more fluid and ruthless in the attacking third.

What bothers me is that the way we play essentially relies on a tiny part of the team for goals. The keeper, the back four, and the two DMs are not going to score. That's 7/11. Adomah and Reach barely score that's 9/11. So we are essentially relying on 2/11 to score. That's not going to get us up. We really need the front 3 to be getting 10 goals each and the main striker at least 15. Right now that is not going to happen and I don't think Rhodes will change that. Personally I'm starting to think new, goal scoring wingers are an urgency.
