hi all, hope someone can help me, I am trying to log into mfc.co.uk, unfortunately my password isn't accepted so tried to change it, the problem is the password change page asks for my old password, which it wont acept, I have emailed supporter services at mfc but they haven't got back to me, does anybody know a way around this because as a sc holder I am unable to login to watch the live streaming, all help and advice appreciated

they should have had people all over the ground watching and checking on how it would look, still they must have had many complaints so I suppose it is a start, hopefully it will improve for the next game

I said yesterday I couldn't read screen. I can read bottom line of opticians chart, but not this screen From West stand! Think that says it all. Someone has designed this format on a computer sat two feet away from screen and not thought about fans seeing it in all kinds of light, with all levels of eyesight, from all distances. Text needs to be made larger and thicker, with more white space around text to make it easy to read. Who cares whether there is a nice picture of ground in background when teams are listed or if a little more of top of screen is used to show score and time. Whilst I

what do other fans think of the new format with the big screen, I sit in the west stand block 8 and I could not make out the team lists when displayed and the time displayed I have to squint, I admit to wearing glasses and being 70 but the young lady who sits next to me, aged about 30 something, no glasses was asking me to help her, we both really struggled, the fans in the North stand have no chance, can the club go back to the old format please :huh:

It was on the club website weeks ago that the season cards were to be used to claim your free drink. Plus there was information people seeking out ST holders at the Real Soceidad game to make sure they knew

thanks to one and all but wouldn't it have been nice for the club to keep us informed, their customer service is poor

they are terrible at dealing with supporters, I emailed them twice during the close season regarding 2 different queries and on both times my emails were ignored

so how are they going to do it, just the earlybird cards being accepted at the tills?
