No one should be banned or live under fear of being banned, just live and let live. It takes all sorts to make an interesting and entertaining forum and so “all sorts” should be welcomed. Can’t we just un-ban everyone and get on with it? We are all equal yet all different and that’s what makes this forum the fun place that it is.

Agreed…I’m not to fussed whether we sign anyone or not either. I’d like us to hold on to Chuba rather than sell him and replace him with an unknown quantity. we’ve got a decent side as it is and with Carrick in charge from the start, with a full pre season behind him…I think we’ll do very well. He doesn’t seem to be one of those managers that constantly moans because he doesn’t think the players that he’s got are good enough.

I think the most frustrating thing for me was our attack. Ali was injured and Broad didn’t look like taking a wicket in the final session. The new ball decision was interesting…as was the declaration, but this is the new philosophy, the new way of playing and I applaud that we stuck to our guns. I don’t think the pitch helped our attack, there wasn’t much movement for the seamers and with an out of sorts Ali as our top spin attack, we were left wanting.
