I would understand if it was just until Fredericks is fit again, but I struggle to see what the point of using resources on him would be beyond that until the end of the season to be honest.

Bit confused by the Kalas signing (if it goes through), seems a bit unneccesary to have such excessive squad depth in one position, would rather the money be used in a position we need strengthening more. Also suprised that Chelsea let us had him because surely it will just reduce Omeruo's playing time further.

Good chance to play some players who haven't had much of a look in so far eg husband, veljkovic, rhys. But I would still like to field a team that can win because this season our squad is big enough to sustain a promotion push without being affected too badly by a cup run. 1.Best player so far? Leadbitter, the influence he has on games is massive. In my opinion him and dimi are the only undropable players in the squad. His goals & penalties have been really important as well. Been a while since we have had such a reliable penalty taker. 2.Worst player so far? (Although this may be a harsh question at present) Very harsh because every player has been decent at least. Mejias was a liability at the beginning of the season but he hasn't really featured since. Omeruo hasn't been as good as last season but that might just be because he hasn't been able to

Just saw the news on my way home, had to check about five different websites to make sure i was reading it right! Where did that come from? I though he seemed to be doing a good job and getting along well with karanka. It was only on saturday that he was saying what a good manager AK was on football focus! As it has been said before Our record before and after his arrival joined with hartlepool's major slide after he left suggests that he is very good at what he does. I hope that this doesn't effect the players as I would guess a lot of them had good relationships with him.

I would probably pick the same team as Brighton, maybe vossen in for tomlin, possibly omeruo for gibson. They're probably the best team we've come up against in the league this season so it's really important we prove we can compete with the better sides in the division. A point would be a decent result but I see no reason why we can't beat them. If we did then I think we could hit the 20k Mark against Watford! Prediction: 1-0 boro, Clayton to score

They've had a poor start to the season but have had some very tough fixtures, a lot harder than ours. I'm expecting a good game but would take a draw. Hopefully vossen will start and him and kike will click.

My spurs supporting mate says he played quite a few times for their first team towards the end of last season in the league and in the cup again this season, reckons he's a really good player and was surprised when he heard he was going to the championship. Based on that he's probably at a higher level than morris at the moment. Still, it must be really irritating for the likes of williams, ripley, morris etc to see us making signings like blackman & this guy yet seem so reluctant to give them an opportunity. I hope its a short term thing as we focus everything on getting promoted asap
