Im sorry but those people saying where miles off karanka's promotion team are chatting pure garbage. We played some bloody good football yesterday in spells, considering we have 4 regular First team players from last season on the pitch and a very short pre season. You seriously cannot expect the team to be playing at full potential 2 BLOODY GAMES into the season. Christ man give ya heads a shake.

It was decent for stretches but lots of work to do. Aye in patches we looked good, i just wish assombolonga would play a give and go instead of trying to turn all the time, we broke down on so many attacks because of that. Kinda reminds me of Traore who just refuses to pass.

feel exactly the same way mate, probably unrealistic we where guna smash them but i thought after the positive attacking display against ausberg we would atleast grab a goal or two. and instead im sat here in a foul mood which i guess is the same after any loss but even worse when you spend 30m+ on strikers. like the others said we literally have 0 link up between the midfield and the strikers and that has to change period, you cant expect the forwards to just create chances for themselves unless you're messi/ronaldo. anyways not all doom and gloom, 2 home games b2b against sheff unit

sunderland are just as bad they where in the premier league, if not worse. and derby are just derby i guess, mediocre.
