Regarding the Rhodes situation, do any of you think that Steve Gibson would continue to pursue JR if the Venkys and Derek Shaw had said " He isn't for sale at any price " ? . Tbh I haven't got the time to look through all the threads to see what has happened but I will back Andy in whatever decision he made as he thought it would be the right thing to do at the time. Fallouts and throwing insults always seem to happen late at night and sometimes it is just best to lock a thread and deal with that particular member by imposing a temporary ban. Regarding the Lee Tomlin situation this is what I know. A few weeks ago Tomlin's agent approached the club to see if they would enter into discussions about extending his contract at Boro but we're surprised when the club said they were willing to listen to offers for Lee. Obviously Tomlin wasn't expecting that or for us to bring in Fabbrini.
