After a bit of twitter/linkedin snooping, It seems Chris Jones is the actual head of recruitment (new Gary gill?), Jamie Benson is a UK and international scout and Lee Jones is a UK focused scout.

Mildly interesting. If I'm reading this correctly, We've apparently sold the debt on outstanding payments for Tav to a bank. I believe this is a fairly common practice in footy, selling the debt to a 3rd party in exchange for an up front lump sum? (Those with a better understanding, please feel free to correct me if I've got any of that wrong).

Pretty much, it's so hard to predict how lads will kick on. His progress seemed to slow when he graduated from u18 level. Initially struggled to adjust to the physicality of higher levels. Still time!

Dieng was among the best keepers in the championship the season before last. No idea what happened last year but QPR stunk out the league from October onwards.
