No wonder they've struggled this year.

I'm not a weirdo who sees being banned from forums as a badge of honour. Why wouldn't I attempt to get my account back?
THEN WHY DOES THIS THREAD EXIST.

Boost for our youth players, Sonny Finch, Pharrell Willis and Joe Gibson have all returned from long turn injury. Will be interesting to see where they feature given two of them were on the fringes of the first team before Injury.

All of those questions absolutely terrify me. Even in this hellhole of a time, the idea of going back to a time before I was born with only 5 things I have? Yikes. Hell no I ain't killing nobody for no amount of money. And that book idea is also terrifying, I would hope its the only copy and burn it as soon as I recognised it was my life.
Also imagine knowing what's going to happen with the Boro for 44 years? Imagine having to relive Pulis?
@Changing Times when he finds the button.

So with the price freeze on U18 season card prices, what happens for U18s that have already renewed?
*The club will contact supporters that have already purchased an Under-18 2024/25 Season Ticket and will therefore be due a refund in due course.

Well, I didn’t see that coming!
Carrick’s confounding crew ™ continue their weird season after completing the double over the soon-to-be champions Leicester. Boro, eh? Only our rabble could find a way to take 6 points off the league leaders and also fail to beat relegation fodder (Rotherham). God they’re annoying! Anyway, onto this week…..
Middlesbrough V Plymouth
Saturday 24th February 2024 3pm
Riverside Stadium
We welcome Plymouth to the Riverside on Saturday, who have had a difficult run following the appointment of their new manager. Winless in their last 5 games in all competitions (losing 4), Plymouth also have a dismal away record, winning just once away from home all season. Should be an easy win for us then after sweeping aside mighty Leicester, right? RIGHT?!?!
Here’s the highlights from the reverse fixture, a thrilling 3-3 draw. Cor, that Finn Azaz looks a good player in this vid! Wonder what happened to him?
Important questions 2
After you all survived the animal area last week, I’ve got some more hypothetical questions for you to tackle. Here goes:
A supernatural being says they are sending you back to 1980. You can’t come back to the present. You can bring 5 things with you. What would you bring?
There is a button that, when pressed, instantly kills a random person in the world but gives you £10,000. Pressing it again multiplies both numbers by 10. How many times are you willing to press the button?
You find a book and begin to read only to discover that it is your life. You get to the point that you are at now. Do you turn the page knowing that you will not be able to change the events to come?

Thanks for that @boro-unger. Good on everyone for attending and sharing their views. Look forward to reading the statement and hope the club follows through with those concessions and future dialogue.

little bit of footage of Kraev here - from what I can gather hes a giant deep-lying defensive midfielder who also seems decent with the ball at his feet. A pound shop rodri type.

What's he done, like? I can't see anything below the original tweet because of Elon.
The account has been posting positive stuff about him and retweeting critical comments about Sunderland/the owners/the fans. Problem is there are older tweets promoting the account as Beale's for one of his business ventures so the account is absolutely owned by him!

Noah had a work experience loan and FC Hartlepool earlier in the season. Here's a clip of him from a couple of months ago.

It really irrationally irritates me when Drury incorrectly commentate small moments in games. Regularly through a match he'll say a player has lost the ball despite the pass never making it to them, call tackles interceptions (or vice versa), say a player has lost control of the ball when he was never going to get close to it, etc.
Happens multiple times per game and I can't abide it!
Dury's commentary has annoyed me for ages. It's his pattern of speech. It's just not right for the job. He also has a touch of Partridge about him.

No figures or anything mentioned. Just that they're both watching him.

It's a pretty good one too.
Feel like the first 2 lines need a bit of work but I like the overall message. Should catch on 👍

There seems to be a new chant going as well. A Boro version of "Allez Allez Allez".

Clearly the trick is to not ask any Boro related questions in your thread and just ask a daft a hypothetical instead. I'll think of/steal another one for next week.

Glover, Lumley, Bettenelli, rank these sub standard goalkeepers from worst to least bad...
Lumley > Glover > Bettenelli.
Er, I suspect recency bias is at work here. Lumley being the best of these 3 is outrageous 🤣
