Long time lurker and reader of this post and forum [I am a boro fan] I went to slovakia a couple of weeks ago and ended up watching slovan bratislava (aka strelec) v spartak trnava Anyway if he is a target we should pay no more than 5 or 6 million euros for. He was handy, held it up well when he needed to, but wasn't worth the 9m euros we where quoted. If we were to sign one of their players I'd much rather we signed rahim ibrahim, well rounded box to box midfielder who'd be available for peanuts. Anyway strelec didn't shine to the level he probably should have. And certainly not for the price that club want.
