I remember £20 is plenty. We had a forum meet at Southampton away on my birthday in December a few years back. Cracking day, one too many Newcy Broons then rugby tackled the mascot outside the ground!!!!!

Totally wiped them out it was great! We were all a tad sozzled. 😂

  2. What's been some gems that you've got cheaply but really enjoyed?

    Currently playing:

Trine co-op with my gf, Phasmaphobia, Staxel, My time at Portia, Serious Sam

Persona 5, Replaying The Last of Us, Fall Guys, The Last Guardian (on PS4)

Pokemon Let’s go, Pokemon Shield, Animal Crossing, Breath of the Wild (Switch)

And finally Gears of War remastered on Xbox.

  3. No point in me getting a PS5 when I plan on going to Canada to live in 2 years. I have so many games on Steam, Xbox One, PS4 and Switch that I haven't played yet, it seemsdaft to splash the cash now. Doesn't stop me really wanting one though! Lol

  4. If there is one thing I won't miss about seeing this match in person, it's that I won't have to travel half the night to get there. That’s right ladies, gents and mascots, Boro are back in action after that woeful international break and it's just a little trip down the moterway to Bournemouth!

Boro’s form going into the international break has been pretty indicative so far of the season at large, like being stuck on the Ultimate at Lightwater Valley and just wanting to get off so you can spend the cash in the gift shop. Let's hope Boro aren't left with the sad looking one eye teddy in the transfer market this summer...

Point for anyone who gets the reference, only the greatest thing on telly since Massimo’s diving header.

Bournemouth also seem to be plagued by inconsistencies of late after starting the season strongly... not that I’m suggesting this has anything to do with their coach. The results are lying.

We always seem to draw the short straw with Bournemouth. Awful officials, diving, us not turning up (this one happens a lot) so I'm not optimistic for this because Boro love their bad track records. But heart always rules the head so I'll say a sneaky 1-0 to Boro to make it a Good Friday.

P.S I haven't been to Lightwater Valley since Adam was a lad so no clue if that's still there.

    So predictions?

If Boro was an Easter egg which one would they be?

Worst item you've brought from a gift shop?

Are we going fined for breathing on Saturday?

Here we go again and UTB

I loved being there and getting my first season card for Woody's season, it all coincided with me exiting a really rough mental health patch. Even that day Monk's Wednesday put 4 past us, the performance and the result didn't take away the overall positive impact it had on me and I still feel very privileged to be able to go after such a long time wanting to be there. I haven't entirely worked out the logistics of it yet but I know I want to be there if I can.

This is really similar what happened to me and the feeling has always stayed with me. I was suicidal in 2014 and going to games saved my life, really love the feeling.

  6. I'm in a strange position. I'm emigrating in a few years (Canada) to be with the missus. I have to finish university, wrap up a couple of on the job qualifications. I don't really have time for a season ticket but I also really want one because in a few years I won't be able to attend live games anymore.

  7. Really sorry for my time away everyone. I work in exports in the plant industry so you can imagine, work has been crazy. I've done a bunch of overtime and have been feeling really drained. I'm hoping things are starting to ease up a tiny bit.

  8. Merry Christmas ya filthy animals.

In all seriousness let's kick 2020 into touch, Boateng style into the stands. It's been a crap year but this place is, as always solid as a rock and filled with some of the best people.

Thoughts with the people that have been lost this year, I hope their families can find some peace this festive season.

Really wishing all of you the best Christmas and a better New Year.

    Love. Jen
