Wolves fan in peace. For the avoidance of doubt, Danny Batth is an absolute car crash of a footballer.

I'm not sure I'd be so fast to write off that midfield, you wont come up against many better than Neves & Saiss this season. Boro looked like a very good team to me, Monk was just out thought by NES yesterday, your formation really played into our hands I thought. Monk always plays the same way, the DM drops between the two centre backs and the full backs push forward. We blocked off the passing lanes in the middle and let Clayton have possession in areas where he couldn't hurt us. We let you pass along the back 5, waited for the ball to go out to the full back a second time which is -

Really enjoyed yesterday, good competitive game between two very good teams. Thanks to the Boro fans for playing their part in the tributes for Carl Ikeme. -

I'd second that. You wont get in anywhere apart from the designated away pub if you're wearing colours and even then you might not get in. I haven't got a Wolverhampton accent and regularly get asked to show my match ticket if I'm not wearing colours to prove I'm a Wolves fan. It'll also be completely mobbed in town with it being a sell out. Birmingham are away on Sat, Villa don't play until later and Albion are playing a friendly in Spain so it'd be much easier just to stay in Brum for a few hours and then get the train/tram into Wolvo. -

MolMix is the most popular forum but it can be a bit juvenile at times. It's the end of the world on there when we lose and when we win we're the best team ever. Just as long as it's not Birmingham City... I've actually got a bit of time for West Brom despite their bizarre inferiority complex but Blues are just horrible. I understand that but he's been brilliant for us so far. I wouldn't have dreamt about watching players like Neves, Jota, Costa & Cavaleiro at Wolves a year ago. He's inextricably linked to Wolves now, our owners own a significant stake in his agency so it's in h -

Juve, Monaco, United, Liverpool & Chelsea fans wanted him before he came to Wolves with fees of £25-30M being thrown around. Not saying he would've started for any of those teams but they were excited by his potential. Porto fans called accepting £15.8M for him 'the worst transfer in the history of FC Porto' (they're a very melodramatic lot...). All of that sounds a bit ridiculous really but that's genuinely how highly he's rated. As I said, we had no right to sign him but that's the kind of reach our association with Mendes gives us. If they were interested at £30m, why didn't the -

Wolves fan in peace. Posted here before a few times. Quick reminder for Boro fans going to the game on Sat, there will be tributes both before and during the game for our goalkeeper Carl Ikeme (was on loan at Boro once) who was sadly diagnosed with Leukaemia over the summer. Should be a cracking game. Boro have the strongest squad in the league IMO but we've signed some absolutely ridiculous players this summer and should be aiming for top 6 at the very least. Strengths: Our best players for this one (Helder Costa and Ivan Cavaliero are unavailable) will obviously be Ruben Neves, Dio -
We are but he's only on loan and while we're in the Championship we still have to comply with FFP. Good feedback, thanks. Sounds encouraging.... but it sounds as though there are other PL clubs in for him already. Have you heard anything from the Wolves side? The latest is that we have first refusal on him and a release clause of about €15M which we'll take up now and then sell on to another club either straight away or at the end of the season. Makes sense for us really and it does seem like the kind of deal we'd do now Jorge Mendes is involved at the club. Easily.

Wolves fan here, if you do sign Helder you're in for a treat. The boy is absolutely magic.

Gloomy as fook on here. Two good sides playing 4-5-1 with ineffective centre forwards cancelling each other out. As a neutral I hope it opens up a bit more in the second half.
