id take that, my burnley mate says they were much better last season, made loads of bad signings and they wouldnt get promoted with current team.

rogers looks better every game atm. his second touch used to be a tackle. now hes sorted that out looks a good player. good win. exciting second half. 4 fantastic goals and a penna. neutrals will have enjoyed watching that.

i'd rest jones, last couple of games hes looked worse each time. i thought he looked tired and out of idea's on saturday. tbh we were not much different to tuesday except jones was rubbish instead of okay and hackney never played. i was hoping we'd pick up again but we saw the same. that young lad rowe had no right to score from where he was, fantastic goal from him. the last, probably 8/9 games the lads have been putting everything into each game. taking its toll on them. the commitment from them has been amazing to turn it round like they have. tommy smith and few of the others barely fit and straight into the team and flying into every tackle. it's what every fan wants to see. making us proud they are. but injuries happen when players giving so much. need to rotate more tbh. shame few of them are getting ill to. glad clarke is back. hes be brilliant to have on the pitch again. another leader

i have been quite critical of paddy and fry. but they have both improved on this run. though fry i think is the weak link still. he is the worst on the ball and a bit slow to release. paddy seems better on the left. because hes on his weak side he seems to hurry things up a bit rather then slow it down like he does on the right

the way we play we are always going to leave gaps, its just our style. you cant be an adventurous attacking team if you set up like pulis. what we needed was more intensity in defense and more determination to close them gaps that open up. they players have to stand up, you cant hide on the pitch in a team like ours. we've got it together now and are not far off. if we have better quality in the final third yesterday in particular we dish out and absolute hammering to brum. the amount of really good opportunities to create a change we wasted with a poor pass or poor timed run. it wasn't good.

been thinking over the last few games that we might actually be becoming a better team than we were last season. We have a little less quality in the 11 but more depth. that horrible run really seems to galvanized the team now. they are leaving everything on the pitch each game now. late last season and early this season, we were not doing this. tactically them massive gaps between midfield and defence have shored up and we are suddenly breaking quickly and getting at teams again. fighting for every ball. norwich are pretty similar to last season, have some talent but are lacking o

eh sure we won like 6/7 in a row last season with carrick, after a quick check we won 5 in a row between the sunderland and west brom defeats last season.

it wasnt our best performance of the season. we were incredibly wasteful. they were incredible poor opposition to. we were by far the better side and deservedly won but it should have been wrapped up before half time. reminded me of the readsing home game last season. except we never had chuba and archer so struggled to score. if we had them on the pitch today, 4/5 nil and then we would have just passed about to see out game. like reading game.
