I remember a couple of years back when black ex pros were criticising the lack of black managers in the EPL & EFL and this got a lot of media attention.
At the same time though, based on proportional representation of black people in the UK they were actually over represented.
On the flip side, if it's a black chairman/owner do white applicants qualify for the Rooney rule?
I'm all for equality but equality should be applied equally, otherwise it's not equality at all...

Unbelievable how people can say "yes we should have had 2 penalties and yes Leeds should have a red card" and follow it up with BUT as if they're minor events in a game of football.
There's no buts about it, the correct decisions are made and we would be sitting pretty at the top of the league.

Conspiracy Alert.
Is it plausible Gibbo and Pulis at in a room and discussed the need to reduce Transfer fees and Wage bills.
They have agreed Pulis will publicly act as though he wants transfers whilst making the recruitment team the scapegoats.
Granted, the recruitment team can't be blamed for Bolasie, CAN THEY!!??

to be fair, the stat doing the rounds before the play offs is that in pulis last x? games we were averaging 2 points a game. I'm confident with a few personnel tweaks we will be up there

Braithwaite going will bring in 6m from them triggering their buy clause.
That will be completed in the summer window too along with potential sales of Gibson & Adama. We will likey move on De Sart, Fletcher and more surprisingly Britt has potential to leave.
I think him and Bamford are very similar and Pulis or anyone coming in will maybe want one of them and we will see two a strikers come in. Gestede will probably stay unless he can be replaced with someone just as tall/strong with better ability.
OH, think Martin Cranie will be shipped off too.

Not sure why people are whining on. Do they really think 23 teams next year are gonna park the bus. Let alone park the bus as well as villa did?
They got through by the skin of their teeth. This was proven by the fact it took until the 93rd minute before Villa started singing.
Adama was denied a clear goal scoring opportunity by clear cheating. It might be an accident. But a red is a red. Terry was never going to get to it and I don't even think that matters.
The bus was parked for well over 150 minutes in this tie. Pathetic. and Fulham will trounce them in the final based on what I've seen of these two games.

3.4% of the population are black.
IIRC , at the time we had Powell, Ince, Hughton, Ramsey and I've probably missed one or two.
There is a distinct lack of black officials however, but that's probably not sought after tbf.
