This is just absolutely not true whatsoever. Clayton was perfectly serviceable in the PL. No it's just our team was that awful that we've forgot what a good midfielder looks like. Again absolutely ***. Had to jump in on this one. To say Clayton was serviceable in the Prem is perhaps pushing the boat abit too much. Obviously pure speculation and opinion. But if i was AK i would be looking at Cedric Bakambu from Villarreal, 12 Goals in La Liga this season and 9 in 12 in the Europa League. Powerful, athletic forward which for me with our set up is what we will need in the Premier League next season.

Agree. Nuge has fluffed his lines on more than a couple occasions. I think we forget that Paddy scored most from Right inside forward position. His movement was on another level for this league, his link up play with the midfield was outstanding. Nuge runs around but so does Kike, Nugent is frustrating because he will get the ball on edge of box and dribble away from it without putting his head up. Im stunned how much he is earning compared to what he has contributed.

I honestly dont think he would score goals in our system, alot of the times our frontman is isolated and i wonder how he would cope, sometimes he would have to feed off very little with alot of pressure on him. Not going to happen for me, too much money.

With regards to AA i think points of him struggling in that position are unfair, the amount of dangerous balls he has put to the back post in the last couple of games is reputable, if Nsue scores one of the two chances he has against forrest its different game. Bamford would delight me, for obvious reasons.

All points about creativity are bang on. Without been negative, Nugent is invisible alot of games. Stewie always marked by two and struggles to make an impact. Stuani is great when we are bang on with our crosses. McCormack would be ideal but its a tough deal, he would offer alot, most of all hes aggresive with and without the ball. Something nugent doesn't do. Think the anxiety about transfers just got alot larger, we need a match winner.

Very sceptical of these transfer accounts that pop up. But based on guessing who Mr Middlesbrough and PinkPonces sources most likely are im inclined to believe what they say. Were defiantly trying for McCormack i believe, it will be a tough one but if he scores on his first game at Elland Road alot of people's heads will turn. He's the missing piece for me, If gibson wants to take this gamble i'll back him, we haven't had a better chance since TM was top at Christmas and we had just thumped Sheff Wed on TV.

so much pessimism, we are on our way to breaking a clean sheet record with 10 consecutive clean sheets. Team will be able to watch video's of us and work out how we play, we play a similar game throughout the season, always will be teams that do their jobs well. Adomah winner 1-0 win!!
