There is no doubt that since the introduction of the PL the "value and prestige" of the FA Cup has been eroded and that some of the magic has gone. We as a club have experienced the monetory value of being in Europe and as such gaining a Europa League place has no real bonus financial wise until the very latter stages. Maybe after reading the comments from Karanka then perhaps we should only expect the minimum of activity if at all! Yes can see the likes of Haroun, Hoyte and possibly Halliday going out on a permanant deal but nothing much beyond that. Can only echo others comments regarding the post match intervies from AK...............how refreshing and he is correct it is a team game at the end of the day.
