  1. I'm actually on here more than NSC at the moment, NSC seems to be infected by hatred from various clubs at the present, and it'll get worse if we don't go through tonight. Puts me right off, I just like to come on and have a decent debate, and it's been a pleasure to be on the OneBoro site. With you on the liking the Championship - I would have missed buying The Football League paper on a Sunday, 4 extra home games, the excitement of getting a Prem team in the 3rd round of the cup, the positives are endless - not sure why I wanted us to go up really! 170mil? :D I remember when
  2. Looks like Andrew Crofts is back in the frame, after his loan spell, could think of worse central midfielders.

Yeah I read this place this morning
  4. Not expecting anything from us, too long an injury list plus Stephens suspension. Bit disappointed having just read quite a few of these pages, as I'm just home from Amsterdam, to see so many absolutely dislike us on here now. Always been the case, a few idiots (NSC) spoil it for all, much like club hoolies back in the 70s/80s. And having read that Derby supporter on here during the Brighton game and his vitriolic hatred of us, all I can say is Karma. But all asides, enjoy the Prem, I always quite liked the Championship anyway ;)
  5. This will be my last post. I won't court controversy for what I saw. It just isn't worth the hassle. I will congratulate you on a fantastic season and deserved promotion. You, as fans, have shown total class this term. I hope you have a great season in the Prem and although we could join you, our play off history in the past four seasons doesn't bode well so I don't expect anything from it. You have a great Chairman in Steve Gibson, much like our own. You have intelligent football minded fans. On this forum you don't treat us away supporters with suspicion and rarely abuse us. All th
  6. I have to say I am a little disappointed with the comments here. I haven't read any forums since before the match yesterday as it was highly emotional and the wrong thing to do. But it is a day later, we're all calmed down a little. The bad feeling from the technical areas has happened purely because that coach of yours was trying to keep ball in the dying moments. I can totally understand the frustration shown due to this. What Calderwood did was out of order but a few seconds earlier this bloke had done what he did. Has anyone here ever been a manager or player? Played or managed a cup final
  7. I think for most it'll be around 3am. As I live some 20 miles from Brighton I can only gauge it by North Stand Chat, I haven't been out of the house. I have a ticket for the Amex to watch the beam back but I have the flu and shall be watching from relative comfort of my own home now.
  8. It was always going down to the wire, so the Derby game didn't really have a huge bearing for me.
  9. I have a ticket for the Amex, although I've been struck down with flu and may have to watch from home.
  10. Is this boy for real? Good grief.
  11. But you did type like a sweaty (jock)... scary.
  12. Your contribution has been top notch, Seagulls. So often footy fans go onto other boards to gloat/slag off the other team. You've been humble and insightful, and it's just a shame that Burnley have been that thorn in our sides all season and that next week can't be a two-way 90 minute party. As it is, I cannot wish you the best for another 7 days, but I have a lot of time for Brighton, and hope that from the 8th of May onwards, you continue your fine season :D Thank you.
  13. Can I just say, I have really enjoyed being here with like minded and intelligent people. My first and probably last time I will find decent people outside of my own club. We have had banter, anger and fun, but at the end of the day it has been about what we love, our respective footy clubs. I love Brighton as you love Boro and I want us to beat you final game, whatever the odds are, and you are the same. But we hold a place with each other. We both know what we want. I salute you guys on here. When I first posted before Christmas I was a little drunk (sorry), but you still took me i
  14. Ah this will be my platform, but I'll be at the Amex on Monday.

    10 Questions

Everyone wants us in the play offs, it's nothing new.
  16. I just want to add I like the moniker of BeardySmog.
  17. Tratter boy were you at the Amex with the banner a couple of seasons back? Just wondered.
  18. I just wish it'd been us and Derby top two I hope you crash and burn impolite Derby fan.
  19. You talk a lot of sense in most of your posts i have read Seagulls. Could you be persuaded to swap sides and come and join us  Ummm no!
  20. Lads, lads, lads, the penultimate game was never going to be the decider, we knew that last week.
