    Dieng likely to leave.

    So is Glover.

    That is knackers if true

A good solid keeper is crucial to every successful side and if we're looking to challenge next season, losing not only Dieng who's easily been our best since Randolph, arguably better for some .. but also Glover who has proven to be solid enough for a no.2 despite his performances declining during his stint in goal, he did get a bit 'early Jason Steele' and had those vibes but he is only young .. but anyway, not a good start at all to Summer window if there's any truth in that

I hope you're wrong but there were those rumours about Dieng misbehaving throughout January and the wages thing .. if him and Carrick don't get on or he just doesn't like it here then that's disappointing

Really thought we've found a solid keeper finally who'll be here for a long time and hope that proves to be the case

Forrs wanting out doesn’t really surprise me, he probably sees himself as a striker and wants to play there. Last season he was probably happy to just be playing regular and couldn’t complain about playing wide due to Akpom and archers Form.

This season he was still played wide watching Crooks in his position and the whole team struggling. The writing is on the wall in his eyes.

Hes 24 and if he wants to establish himself as a good striker, maybe play prem football he hasn’t got much longer to do it and it’s most likely not gonna happen while Carrick is here. He would consider another season as a potential wide right option from the bench as a waste of time and set back to his career.

Just my opinion on what may be his thought process.

    Aye, you're right

I know it's frustrating for him to be playing where he has but he's still done well, I just got the impression he'd still be with us a while longer for some reason

    Oh well we will see

Apparently McGree definitely wants out in the summer, just like he did last summer. Can't see us keeping hold of him now.

No surprise at all ... ever since there was talk of him ages ago being irked at whatever we'd promised not coming to fruition, with the likes of Archer, Giles, Akpom and Ramsey all being sold/returning to parent club and not re-signing (apparently he was promised they or most would be staying, didnt happen, so he was looking for a move) ..  Something has never felt quite right bts this season and I have always felt some of it comes from the situation with McGree and probably one or two of the others who know they're off so apathy has set in amongst 'the boys' for what remains of this campaign

It was his own choice and risk to take by dumping Celtic to try get promoted with us. He's not Lionel Messi but I get it .. I do think he is probably one of the best we have with tonnes of potential, and I am disappointed we won't go on to see him enjoy success in a Boro shirt because I really rated the lad at first

The dressing room must be a miserable place at the minute, we did win the other night but the red card gifted us the game really, and I was surprised at how poor Norwich were after that sending off

Just with rumours Forss wants out as well, that one has surprised me

    Oh well. Time will tell

  4. I think we'll win tonight, but who keeps leaking the teams?? I have never really taken notice of how often that has happened under previous managers tbh, but this has been happening for a while now it seems? Especially since we've been in the wars in poor form, anyway

if that is the team ..

Three points vital tonight, please don't concede early ... things could get ugly 😆

  5. Wondering what the reaction will be like across the boards tonight if we lose this 🤣

    I hope not

However, I dunno if it's been mentioned anywhere else as haven't caught up on the threads .. did anyone notice Carrick being a bit tetchy in his pre-game presser?? Never seen him irate or anything in his time here, has always been a very calm fella doesn't tend to lose it, always liked that about him ..  but I dunno, just noticed in his past few interviews his mannerism changing

I know obviously it's tough at the moment it's only natural when he has to answer annoying questions in the heat of things he is going to respond a certain way

But I dunno, coupled with the rumours about Keiran Scott, the Dieng carry on and even Carrick himself leaving this week it makes me wonder what we're going to do end of the season

Thought we were trying to build something here and it's barely been five minutes .. I think MC has almost over-achieved personally, considering the squad he has and injury situations so far .. need to improve obviously defensively but I'd rather he stayed and got the backing he needs

    But anyway

    #UTFB and all that

  6. Got a few bet builders set up ... I dunno why, I fancy a few cards tonight a red. Absolutely gutted to lose Jones for this, was my one main hope we'd get something on the break but who knows.

Hope it works in our favour though! Just in case mind ... have a few set up for what is more likely going to be a fair beating

Is any chance of Crooks starting tonight?? Always nailed on for a yellow 🤣

  7. I think Ayling will turn out to be a decent addition tbf, lot of people groaning about it but he's coming with bags of experience as people say and was a leader in that great Leeds team that went up. I remember every time I watched them he always stood out to me as a real grafter and he will put a shift in that's for sure. Given our injuries and that at the moment, I am happy for him to sign for us.

People are saying like Tommy Smith, he could turn out to be a lot more useful than people anticipated. And if gives us more room to bring in a striker by him coming in on loan, then great.

I hope it works out well for him here.

  8. Considering our injuries, even without them for Christ's sake .. tonight for me I really sensed Carrick taking another step toward becoming a brilliant manager. I did fancy us tonight but expected goals both sides, nothing I put down on me bet builders came in! ha ha but I'm glad

I did not expect we would get to tonight and having faced Villa, one of the best sides about right now and then Chelsea filled full of quality, in fact so much they are a train-wreck of a club right now but still, I still expected individual quality or a moment from one of their players will be most likely to win them it tonight, though I did say I fancied us to do something special.

To have only conceded one across those two and go to the Bridge with a lead and a real chance with a proper patched up side .. it shows how much MC believes in every single one of those lads and the unity there is, and how much we really are progressing. There's got to be the foundations there to build on and this season is looking unlikely, but next season, we could really have a brilliant side ready to go up.

It's just nice to have a manager and club where it seems there is harmony and no dischord .. we're really building something. Players that won't always get an opportunity but required in moments like tonight, vs the world's most expensive players ... they all put in the same effort. There's no sulking or cliques, half arsed performances .. things just seem to be ticking along nicely. That is rare at most clubs these days.

It is just so frustrating that we've delivered tonight, yeah we needed rub of the green .. but we go and get panned by the likes of Coventry only a few days ago in the League! ha ha. I get it though, tonight is a totally different thing and I am glad we've given ourselves a chance. I can see the next game being crackers (also be nice if there are a couple more available after Aziz coming in, though know Aziz is tied for this).. a penalty shootout perhaps?? Glover could end up being our new hero, the new Mejias

    Brilliant Boro. Keep it up

  9. Losing 3-2 away at Leeds, sounds about right in terms of predictions before the game .. I bet there were a lot of bets on that score outright .. though by the 7th minute it looked like we were going to let in ten. But as I say, they are more or less a PL side and will be likely play-off winners or second place auto. It could have been a lot worse and thank God it wasn't!

I just dunno, getting frustrated with it now .. like today we take the lead very early, and seem to sh1t a brick as soon as the game restarts and as we saw today, end up letting in two before the ten minute mark had even arrived!! God knows what would have happened without the presence of Dieng, too!

As much as I love Carrick, I went on about it time and time again, playing the way we do .. it is ballsy considering he is a rookie manager, but if we are going to continue as we are and not show signs we are adapting defensively as we go along, then MC needs to be provided with the money/the quality we need in the numbers in that area and they need to then work on it fast. Van den Berg etc are still very young, need more experienced heads around them.

It can't just go on like this, how frantic it was - we go one nil up brilliant goal, and within three or four minutes max we've let two in. I would like to see a team evolve and master it at the back if we are going to keep playing the risky way we do, period. I admire the optimism, but something just seems a little unhinged about our game at the moment. As soon as Lath scored I knew they'd be onto us, leave the room come back a, low and behold Leeds have scored two ! ha ha

I know we have had terrible luck with injuries, defensive first/second choice all pretty much done (dunno how bad Paddy's injury is from today but I guess he will be out) but I hope we start really looking at how we can tighten things up. The return of Matt Clarke may be an unexpected bonus and we get the best out of him, but it's early days

I think MC needs a decent budget for better players (to state the obvious) now the injuries are piling up at the back and I am dreading to see how we will cope with this Ipswich side. Though massively looking forward to it. We are capable of beating them, but it will be a patched up team. A big chance for some of the youth players to show what they can do.

Goals seem to be being shared out among the team and there's no real frontrunner for scoring, but it was good to see Lath get two goals today. Weirdest forward we've had here for a while. Will absolutely do your head in, frantic, clumsy then he'll eventually go and put one or two away, haha. I think he's still getting used to the pace of this league clearly, and after a full season .. he could become an assett up front and prove his worth.

But the reason we won't finish top six is because all the above .. we don't have the quality to play the way MC insists. Is he going to get money to improve this matter, is he going to learn himself and within his coaching team how to improve?? He has Woodgate there alongside him, a monstrous defender in his day, played for the greatest and if it wasn't for the injuries that wrecked his career ... likes of him and Ledley King would have achieved amazing things with England, just unlucky. But surely with his kind of expertise on that side of the game within our coaching team, we can work on this??

I thought last Summer window we would come out looking like we have worked hard on the issue and see improvement. But to me, the approach still just seems to be lets hope the ball ends up in their net more than our own right now, and it would be nice to see us learn and improve.

I know we kept clean sheets over the past few wins on the run we were on, but the issue is there. Soon as we score, panic sets in and we've then conceded within a few seconds. Odd really from a side that is clearly, generally confident. But we cannot defend, period.

We need to see the ball out of our net far more if we're even going to think of a play-offs spot. (Which amazingly, looking at a stat yesterday, we are on for .. as no other Chazza side has taken more points this year than MC's Boro .. dunno how accurate that is but still, wow)

Anyway as I say, no shame in today's result. I thought we'd be hammered 4-0 or something nasty, but to our credit .. almost got something out of a PL-bound side. 3-2, never mind. Onto the next

Could only be Ipswich couldn't it 😛

I haven’t felt that way about a boro win for a while. I think it shows how much our fans want Carrick to succeed here, we didn’t want to believe he was a bad manager and probably nobody wanted to see him binned off. The win and the performance felt like a proper ‘were back’ moment.

Compare it to wilder last season I’d guess 95% of fans would have secretly wanted us to get beat if it meant him gone.

You are bang on there mate, with the Wilder comment ... I absolutely want Carrick to succeed and it's first time I have seen that at Boro for some time. In dire form but it still felt we were largely together in wanting the same thing. There are/were the odd few of course, who were making comments at the game and what not but you will always get that

I just hope we can follow this up with another couple of back-to-back wins, as there is still potential for it to get pretty ugly but hopefully MC is finally starting to find something that works .. the likes of Jones and Coburn really stepped up yesterday, maturity on display was excellent

I am really hoping Coburn becomes a fixture in the starting lineup and starts getting a goal or two, as I have always believed in him ..

It will be interesting to know the background story.

Agree there. I have never seen a performance like today where it could be a make or break game for the boss. No nerves, nothing.

Was something special about it. I think Carrick's interview after the game summed up the emotion of it all as I have said ..

Don't suppose it matters and we move on .. I hope we can finally start stringing some wins together and climb the table well away from the bottom four.

I was behind dugout and didn't hear booing for smith although I did for silvera.

I think the celebration on the bench at the end told alot ... I'm interested to know what happened Thursday night.

I just hope this lifts a bit of pressure off Carrick from the short memoried fans and we see another 7 to 9 points before going into the next international break.

Plain as day today to see the individuals that stood out but I must say, the unity throughout the team was brilliant to see even when we went 1 nil down.

Crooks did extremely well today but I'd love to see lath or Rodgers in that number 10 to give us pace around Coburn and not so reliant on jones creativity.

That's interesting but so heartening at same time to hear ... I made a point earlier, that for a man who doesn't tend to show much emotion when he presents himself for questions after the game/etc, that Carrick was as emotional as I have seen him since he arrived here, in his post-match interview.

Could really see how much this result meant for him and it appears WE as a club really matter more to him than I thought (and I have never believed for a second his heart isn't in the job)

Does make me wonder, if after Armstrong scored we folded and taken another beating, would that have been it for MC??

It is rare to see players make so much effort and carry on going (even after being one-nil behind given our luck lately) and go on to win the game when you're in the kinda form we have been in.

Shows there is a lot more unity still present within the squad than I imagined, as since the season has started, something has been amiss. Just not sure specifically what. Certainly not just new players settling in. I am still of the opinion that we signed some right duds but there's still enough in that squad to finish top half.

Anyway, great performance ... props to the lad Coburn, really is filling out and turning out to be a player. Add a few goals to his game, will end up being the man!

Well done to 'em all fo the first win. UTB

  13. Is Carrick trying to make some sort of point leaving the likes of Silvera and co. on the pitch when there are potential match winners on the bench?? Making odd subs, is he saying to those above 'look at what you provided me with, it isn't what I was promised/hoped for, this is what you get' ... I don't believe he is so childish as to do that, in fact Carrick comes across as dignified and sensible as they are in football. But this is odd. That game was there for the taking and still, the team selection and subs ... wtf??

All I can think is he might be angling for the sack and saying that's me, I have taken this lot as far as I can'

Something is totally fked up at MFC. Not for the first time. It is just so upsetting really, to see it go bad so quickly under a manager we saw some of the best we've seen from Boro in a long, long time. Back-to-back wins, real form to get in the autos had he come in earlier.

To getting to the Summer and just ripping the side up and thinking a few lads with potential, youth team players with good Youtube reels .. then Latte Lath who looks like he could be a dangerous player if used right way. Dieng has to be say also, a decent signing

But the departure of most the lads responsible for our success last season has destroyed whatever this lot had IMO

We also didn't seem to address the problems we still had under Carrick despite our success, where we conceded too easily but had the players to outscore the opposition and win the games

Knew that was going  to come back and bite us on the ar5e. Really thought they'd have paid a bit more attention to that throughout the Summer.

I don't know ... just speculating from the outside looking in. But if there are rumblings Carrick is not happy at how Summer went, obviously there has been arguments with players in the camp about us losing players we should have kept hold of bar I guess Archer. I know the club had to profit on Akpom, but maybe if we are a club who want to challenge for PL football as we promised McGree, we should have bitten the bullet and given Akpom what he wanted to stay.

Appears we just do the same thing over and over to me, lure managers in with all these promises and they find signing actual quality, experienced players is like 'pulling teeth' as Warnock put it and being asked to do the impossible with almost another squad's worth of prospect' players lumped on you instead, can in the end become just a dreadful way of doing business. I always felt replacing Akpom, Archer, Ramsey, Giles is something we rushed and  replacing them all with this gang of prospects is just stupidty to be honest. It feels rushed and a gamble of high risk, with barely any thought put into it. Like just shut your eyes and hope it ends up OK come April sort of approach.

It is certainly looking like that is the case anyway, so far.

Not long until the next man comes in and in a years' time we will be doing it all over again. Maybe in League One, because we are not too big to go down. We are flirting with that too much for my liking the past few year.
If Carrick is still here Saturday I will kind of be surprised .... if he picks the same side that got that point tonight ... I am going to die laughing

  14. Doesn't make me confident seeing that but glad Riley is back in. Still feel we'll win tonight coz of the quality of the opposition, a chance or two should finally hit the back of the net ... if we get a beating again it's going to get a bit ugly, I fear

will go SW 1 Boro 2 - backing McGree to get both

I am more than happy for Coburn to get his chance given Lath's comical performance in front of goal since start of the season, I thought I was watching Frank Spencer up front .. (oooohh betty!!)  .. however, Lath looks useful and dangerous otherwise ... I would like to see him in a deeper role and him and Coburn could develop a good understanding

Silvera though, what is Carrick's fascination with him. Flimsy, wasteful ... just not got that killer instinct you need in this league/level but he's only young and i'll give him time. But does surprise me that Carrick seems to persist with the lad.

If we lose this tonight, it's going to get ugly. Certainly think Carrick may start thinking about walking as we have seen folk speculate on past few weeks... despite what the fking papers say or Carrick at pressers. He's already had the dreaded vote of confidence ..

A win in any form can get a team to pull together again but I am concerned about things bts at minute. A  first win in eons tonight won't do much than paper the cracks.

UTB anyway. Hope they manage maybe 2, or 3 goals away which is a massive ask but the amount of chances we're making, and McGree back as he should be .. it is urgent we get three points on board and that is all tonght is about. Lose, and the few above us start pulling away, come ten games time we are going to be in genuine trouble ..

At that point .. get ready for Warnock MKII ... He's forgiven Steve and be ready for *** the return. Survival specialist. ha ha

  15. Defo no reason for this thread to be shut down, the form we are in and the fixtures coming up .. and we have had a full Summer to work on what was clearly a major problem, even when we were on top of our winning streak, during the likes of SU away win ... at that time I thought the stars were finally alligning for us but we were so carried away in the moment, we didn't have to think at that point what would be a problem come end of the season. But then the reality crashed in.

Without promotion, Chuba was certainly off .. good business by the club considering we nearly offloaded him at a loss just before MC arrived, but at the same time a crushing blow to our strength as a side that was the only thing keeping us from a regular beating, we were just outscoring the opposition 🤣 ... Archer another who contributed to that, yet a problem retaining him if no promotion. Same with Giles. So that basically left a vulernable, weak side if there is no attention paid to the problem area over the Summer, by buying the right players ... we've seemed to gamble on all these young 'Youtube' prospects and thrown them into the starting eleven, leaving likes of McGree on the bench and acting surprised we're getting our ar5es tanned every time we play

It seems someone 'ITK' on here mentioned a couple of times though, that Carrick was under the impression that regardless what happens, we will be bringing GIles back and Archer, perhaps the latter buying him. Would make sense to me as MC himself seems nowhere near as optimistic as he was last season, looks out of ideas and tired. Probably disappointed we let him down, as we have done to every other manager that preceded him.

i am not surprised we failed in doing that, though. We've been donkeys in the market for some time, whatever happened with Giles last minute sounds off, and it has been noted that the fact Giles and Archer did not return has been a body blow to the spirit, camaraderie behind the scenes. Not surprising at all.

I am not for sacking Carrick. I was glad when we brought him into the club .. Especially as we peaked last season, the highs of beating SU away .. at that point I really thought it had clicked for us and we were going to pinch second spot from them, but something always felt a little premature about where we were. It was the highest point we'd been as a club for some time

Though since MC has arrived, we've conceded goals for fun. Doesn't appear he is going to change much to adapt and to be honest I thought throughout the Summer, we would have had enough time to highlight that issue in particular and acknowledge how urgent it was we need improvement defensively, so we can carry on playing how we want to but without conceding as soon as the opposition have one shot

It doesn't appear we have worked on defensive issues at all, the team is all over the place, the signings are questionable .. clearly, confidence is absolutely drained from the lot of them.. something is up

So as far sacking Carrick, what would that change?? It would be nothing other than embarrassing if it comes to that.

That is why I honestly, I can see him walking if anything?? ... The crowd booing at full time yesterday, I know he doesn't appreciate that at all. Other managers they're used to that fickle side, just fans being fans ... but Carrick really wants to protect his players and all's i can see coming is the place getting more hostile

i hope I am wrong but a team in our form, going into two away fixtures and then one of the relegated sides at home ... it doesn't bode well

Knowing us, though we'll go onto win all three in a row 🤣🤣

I hope the two weeks we have now, we can really work on what the problem is and start trying to keep clean sheets for starters. At this rate it is relegation material, whether GIbbo panics and changes it remains to be seen but as I said, I don't see Carrick being fired. i could see him just saying he's taken it as far as he can and move on to do something else with his career.

Only way I see things changing. Can only hope we dramatically change form and build up enough points to get into a comfortable mid-table position before the next break after this current one.

Pray for the Boro 👍 🤔

  16. Feel bad saying it but the recruitment has been dreadful this Summer IMO. Was shocked when someone said it was like, 12 ?!? Too much in at once is all a bit hectic for my liking and usually gives the impression the Club is panicking .. always appears to me that we are only managing what, fourth, fifth choice on the list signings and maybe occasionally a bit of luck with a loan of a well known good player with a bit of a profile. I am aware though the club can only manage so much these days and our level is just competing to do as well as we can in this division..

Though I was wrong about it last season when I said Forest had been idiots buying like, 1,000 players .. thought it would unsettle the group and they'd just be a mess all season and come down but to their  credit, still up there

Genuinely believe though that we're poor enough to go down. Could well be this season

    It is what it is

I don't like the idea of firing Carrick but this looks dreadful for him now, if you count the run of form going from when we fell off the wagon last season ... especially

  17. 2 hours ago, Tom said:

So, just to see if I'm following this:

Gibson wants fans to believe that we've bid for Tom Cannon. A young, relatively unproven forward. But we haven't, so we won't get him. He's fed the story that we have, not to the local reporters, but to national football journalist Alan Nixon, who puts his stories behind a paywall.

    I suppose my question is...why?

Why not pretend we're bidding for a bigger name, if it's all make believe anyway? Why does it matter to him that the fans believe we have money if we're not spending it anyway? And, if the ruse is an attempt to make the club seem flush with cash, why not announce how much we've bid? And, with one striker at the club, I assume we're going to get another anyway, so where's that money coming from?

This just sums up this window for me. Not completely up to date on Cannon, O' Brian and whoever ...

I know we have made a lot of signings .. but mostly prospects. Having to hope they'll 'come good' before .. God forbid we mount a challenge on the top-six !!

The defence is not good enough. As many people have stated we need to sign a CDM and it doesn't appear we're doing anything about it. People are going to find us absolute push-overs this season.

People have stated further up in this thread that Carrick was under the impression or even told that this season, we would retain the services of Giles and Akpom, and make a go of progressing on what we achieved last season.

Instead, something appears to have happened on our side (I would be shocked to believe if it weren't us) that wrecked those plans. Nor Akpm or GIles come back and the team are gutted, spirit/camaraderie replaced with an air of uncertainty and severe lack of confidence especially at the back. There are so many signings to get to know each other, I have lost count.

One thing I know, is come the end of the season we will get what we deserve. Scrape survival or either be relegated. I seriously do not think this is good enough and I find it worrying we may have upset Carrick making promises on players and then wrecking the whole spirit by just being BORO

It is the same every season, we're rebuilding, oh, it'll be the season after next .. and Warnock, WIlder all alluded to it during their time here ... getting players is like getting blood out of a stone. Actual players you want that are any good, or you know, would be in a squad with potential to finish top-six

I just think to go on from last season to this (especially the Akpom/Giles disappointment, what it has done to the team spirit) shows zero ambition and we'll get what we deserve, though it is not the fault of the players or Carrick

Not good enough, MFC. Stagnating in the second tier as a plan, don't see how why a club our size should suffer that. Need more fire in their bellies.  Complete lack of imagination and ambition. We have to do better.

I don't think it's even a remote possibility, it's just fans venting, but I'd be furious if Carrick was sacked any time soon.

We gave Woodgate 4/5ths of a season in which we struggled massively for most of it before finally panicking and pulling the trigger to try and stave off relegation.

That was a new manager who had no credit in the bank.

Carrick's more than earned the right for patience and time to navigate a tricky spell here.

He's not even managed a full season's worth of games yet, ffs.

He's only managed 34 league matches, and 2 play-off matches.

Agree it is mostly just venting during a frustrating time for us all .... I do not think Carrick will be fired or there is any chance of that happening soon. No way, it would make us look beyond ridiculous but at the same time, it wouldn't surprise me.

*but* - I do wonder, say if Carrick is really looking at his career in management in the long haul ... if we can't arrest this slide we're in, and he's privately annoyed things haven't gone the way he was expecting after losing out to GIles for starters (it sounds to me there were promises to retain the services of at least one of him or Archer, if not both) we were surely supposed to have a go this season .. but we have picked up where we left off, in being generally awful and found out. I don't see that getting better any time soon, MC needs a miracle .. If it gets really bad, I really do not see why he would hang around

We would have heard something by now if the new two or three we're after bringing in were of any significance... I am sure whatever players we are after, just as Carrick thinks we've got them it'll be time for car salesman Bausor and SG to come in and move the awld goal posts again and wreck the deal last-minute 🤣🤣🤣

I'm very pleased with the acquisition of Latte-Lath, on a serious note. if only he had arrived in better circumstances...  looking forward to seeing him throughout the season and how many he manages to bag.

If it ends up as toxic as it was when wilder left then I don’t think Gibson would dare put woodgate in charge again, it would be a suicidal move from him in regards to his reputation.

We have gotten to such a desperate situation now, IMO ... that I really would not rule out Gibbo trying that out again on the fans and still somehow be naive enough into thinking there would be no backlash.

In Gibbo's mind maybe it could be along the lines of 'well, he did OK when he looked after Bournemouth' so we'll give him another go while the fans seeth in the background

But it honestly would not surprise me .. ever since Pulis was getting Woodgate ready for the big job ... We have been fed the same old shi1te going around in cycles ever since

When Carrick arrived, I wonder if there would have been much of a change had he mananged to bring the likes of Phelan and Meulensteen level with himin the back room staff ...

Just like Warnock and Wilder before him, it is coming to that time of year when the board seriously p1ss off the boss by breaking promises, moving goal posts and not doing anywhere near enough to bring in the quality we need ... and people have posted recently that privately Carrick is seething re; business during the  window

SIgning a bunch of prospects and a flappy keeper is not going to keep you in this league. We are conceding goals like there's no tomorrow right now. You could argue we need a whole new defence, CDM, striker ... We have made a mess, basically. One positive yeah, Latte Lath does look good .. if he can perform like that game in, game out then we have uncovered a real gem.

But other than that, there has to be at least one or two PL loans or actual signings MC himself personally has requested DoF or not, and my guess is he's going to struggle to recruit massively, as the clock ticks down. Same old same old.

So then it ends up Woodgate and the inferior coaching staff leading us closer to the inenvitable, still speaking hypothetically of course ..

  21. I am not expecting us to get anywhere further with incomings, nothing of note that will turn heads... really are crying out for quality though ... was watching through highlight vids of last couple of games earlier, good grief we are bad..

The monotony of supporting MFC ... I would be amazed if Carrick is still tolerating trying to get a tune out of this heap come end of September

Already getting myself set for Woodgate mk II - The return! 🤣🤣🤣
