Ladyspite called it earlier when she said it was Pulis-like. One positive is that we have actually put some attacks together, which we didn’t manage on Wednesday until they went down to 10 men so that’s a definite improvement. At times we’ve had all of our players within 30/35 yards of our goal though, which is maybe a bit too defensive, and it’s meant that we didn’t really have a ball out when we won it back.
I will still love it if we win lol. But I do prefer when we tryto play football even though it was frustrating with the crap goals we conceded. But it felt like we atleast tried to be modern....

I rather we play Carricks normal football and lose on some random *** goal. Atleast we create and should score then. This is back to watching Pulis....

If we do stick with it then hopefully they've seen the things that weren't working, and they've been able to adjust a few bits and bobs. I can't believe the plan was to be as defensive as that so something went a bit wrong. I know QPR did ok in midweek but they aren't a good side, they are where they are for a reason. Think how disappointed we've been with our season, and then consider that we are 8 points ahead of them. I'm not daft enough to see it as a nailed on win or owt as we aren't playing all that well ourselves but it should be a game we feel we can get something regardless of the set up.
QPR been a lot better under the new coach slow start under him but as with Sheff W they find their new system now. I would say both of those teams are better than us right now.
QPR team is built for keeping the ball on the ground, the new spanish coach is better suited for them than Ainsworth longballs....

I think I seen jonny pointing at his thigh to the ref. If the player left stud marks in him that's probably what he judged the red card off, it did take him a while to make the decision. Reminded me of the one v Brighton in the promotion game
Still baffles me that Gaston dident get bocked for hitting the yellow card out the hand of the ref lol

I worry about Woodgates wise words of wisdom about it being harder to beat 10 men
He was here when we scored 4 away at Sunderland so maybe he learned....

We still gonna screw this up. I know my Boro by now....

If this was true I doubt he would be on the bench?

We where a bit unlucky that we got hit with 200 injuries when we had hit our form. 6 straight win was it? Could probably lasted longer if they all stayed fit
Not defending anyone....

If we been Sunderland Carrick would had been sacked 3 times this season 😜
Ill give him the start of the next season, I like the guy but my patience is starting to run out and now he starts to loose the numbers too....

F******e! Why can't Carrick stick with a back 3 and wingbacks! 🤬🤬🤬
Because we want more than 25% ball and 3 shots today?
It was a great win against Leicester but dont let kid ourself and belive we deserved it 😜

His pace makes him more of a threat than say Greenwood but he'd have to hit the target a bit more often than he has done so far for that to be true.
Well its not like Greenwood hits the target.... 😜

It’s the defending that annoys me, we play one of the best attacking teams in the division, look organised, aggressive, solid. In a few weeks we’ll play sheff wed and look the complete opposite.
Thats because rhen we dont set up to play 0-0... so then we get punished like Leicester are today... 😜
