Bernardo I thought started well at Man Utd but recently he's been an absolute bombscare.

How lucky we are to have Valdes. An absolute class act.

I think Palace is the big test. If we go away there and do what we've done the entire season and play defensively as lose then it's a disaster. -
Is it really that bad playing Dimi? I'm afraid it would be. Without Valdes this season we'd be a fair few points worse off and bottom of the league probably.

I really didn't think that was too bad. They are clearly a class above us but we kept them at bay to the point where they needed a penalty to score, and we had a couple of chances to get something. There was genuinely one of the worst people I've had he misfortune of being near to sat a a couple of rows back from me though. Plenty of racist abuse of Spurs players and constant abuse of our players and manager. Even chanted "I'm a racist ***" for a bit, which was both bizarre and accurate. Also, anyone trying to claim the "attack, attack" chants aren't negative either isn't at the games heari -

Chambers at right back? Oh lord. Like the look of the rest of the team though, and thankfully Traore keeps his place so we may create some chances. -

We are such a better team with Traore playing it's unreal. Even if 90% of his runs didn't come off we'd still end up with about 5 more chances a game. -
Bloody hell mate don't you start getting negative as well. If you, Boro 86 and a few others cross over to the dark side we're all knackered. Haha I'll still be as positive as I can about our chances of staying up this season. I just don't see how throwing away £4m helps. I can't see that it hurts though It's £4m wasted that we could use to strengthen our team for next season in the summer. Admittedly £4m doesn't get you far these days but it could pay for a top loan players wages for a season, rather than having it rot in the reserves and never to be seen again. You th

If you still don't believe that Gibson is doing his absolute best for the club after everything he's done over the years (including eroding his fortune to bring us success year after year) then you have lost it.

I would be absolutely gutted if we signed Townsend. Would much rather keep Downing.

This just doesn't make any sense, of course it's a good draw getting a League 2 team instead of one of the big teams. You'd obviously rather play easier teams as many rounds as you can. Yes it is good that we are laying a lower team, but looking at the draw as a whole i'd say it was pretty poor, every single prem team got drawn against low league opposition Apologies, I thought you were talking about only our draw.

In terms of contribution Gestede won't bring much more than Killen did though :D I know this is probably mostly in jest, but honestly mate this is ridiculous.
-
He's more than good enough as a back up. No point in getting rid of someone who we'd then need to find a replacement for.

Must be, as they are 100% the ideal draw.
