He's so frustrating as the majority of games he plays he looks panicky everytime he has a chance especially on his right foot which he really doesn't like to use, like against Huddersfield where he had a full goal to aim at on his right foot but tried to switch it onto his left but by time he done that the chance had gone. Hopefully he can start to show the sort of composure he did against Blackburn where he shown the glimpses of the potential Mowbray signed him for. If we go up I'd rather us be sensible with transfer fees/wages and do something similar to Norwich and sign players largely from below the Premierleague who are hungry and desperate to prove themselves instead of what QPR done by signing mercenaries who are there to pick up the wage and couldn't care less about how the team performs.
