I think that real issue is what happens if people stop paying halfway through? Do they get a refund on the payments they have made? Do they get a half season ticket? or do they get nothing until they pay the full amount? Previously, by giving the option through V12, the fans were legally obliged to pay up as they signed a credit agreement.........I dont know what is in place with the new option and what part is legally binding.

There has always been 2 options; 1. Pay for it all upfront 2. Pay for it via a V12 Finance over a period of 10 months (i think) with interest. The new option to pay for it over 4 months without it bearing any interest is a new option and one that should have been in place a long, long time ago and one that will be a welcomed option by many I would imagine.

That's great for those that have not renewed, I feel for the ones that have already, and had to take the only finance option available.
