As of next season, I am pretty sure that the PL will have a homegrown minimum limit. Basically doing what the Spannish have been doing for years and the ECC. Minimum of 4 players trained at the CLUB before the age of 21. Minimum of 8 players trained in the NATION before the age of 21. Also, a maximum of 25 players can be registered, if you need to use additional players, they will have to be either aged 21 or younger.
