  1. France st car park near the cinema. Free on Saturdays and a 10 min walk to the stadium. Usually need to be there about 1.5hr before kick off to get a space though.

  3. Got to be winning this to continue the morale boost from Leicester. The team will surely be on a high from it. Azaz is bound to score again as well. I'll go 3-1 Boro. Fingers crossed Dieng is back in the team. A supernatural being says they are sending you back to 1980. You can’t come back to the present. You can bring 5 things with you. What would you bring? 5 copies of the book of my life (see below). I'd leave them in random book shops and try and start a religion after myself. There is a button that, when pressed, instantly kills a random person in the world
  4. I've passed on what was said at the meeting (plus a few of my opinions in there too). I certainly aren't going to go through that line by line bickering with you.
  5. I think its been painted that the meeting was a direct result of the walk out threats, where in reality, the meeting was already planned. RF were then encouraged to attend after the walk out post. https://www.gazettelive.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/steve-gibsons-meeting-results-middlesbrough-28676339 RF also had a meeting planned with the club before the Leicester game, which was cancelled due to the banner.
  6. Yes. We put a suggestion to the club of having some kind of infographic available that shows where your ST money goes (similar to the pie charts you get telling you where your tax money goes). The club were going to take the idea away and think about it.
  7. I can't really speak for the RF and their reasonings, but I do wonder if seeing the info on costs, and hearing Steve talk about how perilous a situation football in general is in (even in well run clubs, never mind the basket cases) was a bit of a wake up call though. We also discussed possible negative effects of the walk out (Sunderland and Leeds fans would find it hilarious. It could negatively affect the players/manager on the day etc). As much as we'd like football to be easily affordable like the old days, things like having to pay players crazy money to keep up with your rival
  8. Pleased to see the positive statement from the club. They have now righted a lot of the wrongs that came with the early bird announcement. Prices for young people, lack of appreciation and the early bird deadline. I will note that certain members of MSF (especially Rob, Mark and John Donovan) were just as influential as the RF in securing the meeting (I wasnt actively involved in planning the meeting, but as far as I'm aware, the meeting was happening anyway and RF were then persuaded to join by MSF) as well as the u18 price freeze/reduction and commitment to future dicussions about price
  9. For info, the meeting tonight was MSF + Red Faction + Steve + Neil Bausor + other club reps. It was a passionate meeting with lots of views aired. There will be a likely joint statement from the club and MSF tomorrow (or latest Thurs) But essentially some concessions were agreed with the club, and they have agreed to better inclusion of MSF in the decision making for deadlines and wording of renewal emails in future. The club held their hands up to the misstep regarding the short early bird deadline. The RF did not want to be part of the above mentioned statement as they want to go

  12. Congratulations. Pleased to hear she's doing ok now.
  13. Ben Gibson: ‘My baby stopped breathing – football isn’t important compared to that’ By Tom Burrows Feb 16, 2024 “It was super scary. Mylie was tiny. My partner got to hold her for a brief second, but it wasn’t like holding a normal baby, she had an oxygen mask on. She didn’t actually look like a baby because she wasn’t ready to be out the womb… they then took her straight off into intensive care.” Ben Gibson, Norwich City’s centre-half, is reflecting on the toughest two months of his life. His second child, Mylie, was born two months early, on December 17 last year, an
  14. I would have stood there until he'd acknowledged me if I was Hume. Make it as awkward as possible.
  15. Game over. Get in. Great victory. We needed that. Typical Boro are in full effect!
  16. Sounds like we have a fresh round of injuries to contend with. Just as the last lot was clearing up. I think we would have struggled even with a fully fit team today, so i'll say 4-1 to Leicester. Saying all that, I won't pick any animals to help protect me. They can all feast on me after the hunter has put me out of my misery.
  17. "Oh Wilder said, he f****** hates refs eating when, He's trying to talk to them, Cos he's a manager in the prem. Eating Pears is fine, but Sarnie's cross the line. That's why he got told off, For being a bell-end called Christoff..."
  18. At least it doesn't seem like many will be upset when we don't take up the option to buy Greenwood at the end of the season
