did i hear correctly that pulis was on a wage north of 50-60k and was offered a reduced wage but turned it down?
-

-

-
Do you have a source? https://www.gazettelive.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/tony-pulis-poised-leave-middlesbrough-16266438

"*** off tony pulis, your going down for noncing, get out my club, get out my club" been singing this for the past 5 minutes straight haha
-
Genuinely ended up wanting our team to lose games this season hoping pulis would get sacked and i dont think im alone on that. for that reason alone he should go.
-
most teams cant afford him, 2.5 million is alot for the teams you've just mentioned especially on a league 1 player. simply put, the money required to buy him makes him to much of a risk for championship sides.

Peterborough have a one year extension clause on Maddison's contract which they're going to activate so he has effectively got a year left so will still cost a significant fee: https://www.peterboroughtoday.co.uk/sport/football/posh/peterborough-united-move-quickly-to-sign-four-new-players-1-8915995 still only has 2.5 million release clause which wont be changed and he wants out.

He's signing for Portsmouth along with Gestede and Gareth Bale would be a great coup for portsmouth if they can land bale, would send a real message to english football.

news hasnt broken yet give it a month ;)

12 league goals in 41 games. He'll fit right in. If I recall correctly, I think he missed an absolute sitter when they played us in the cup. 16 in 44, only 23. also curled in a good freekick at the riverside once

boro set to sign league 1 striker ivan toney

Marcus Maddison is out of contract, so better not be 2.5 million even better. We won't need them. Pulis is hoping that Downing will sign a new deal here :D :funny: :funny: :funny:
