If you're colour blind it must be almost impossible to work out which team is which. Have to focus on the shorts

I find most of these free streams are unwatchable. Constant pop-up ads and misleading "click here" buttons (which actually install something else entirely). I usually get a McAfee pop up saying my computer is infected, click here yada, yada. I haven't even got McAfee installed. If you're computer savvy like Rise Against you will be OK (the quality of the broadcast is another matter entirely) but for your average Jo I would recommend not using them

Boro V Stoke City 1-1 (Akpom)
guineapig replied to Downsouth's topic in Match Day Threads 2022/23 Season
As long as it's not Martin Tyler "and it's LIVE" -
I never have any problems with the red button (except the dire commentators). I have a NOW TV stick and all the "bonus stream" matches are available on the Home page. Main issue is that all you get is a one dimensional broadcast with no replays and the most boring commentator talking to himself non-stop. It's almost worth paying £10 to watch on the Boro's site and listen to Maddo!

I thought you were talking about the Prince of Wales😂 -
Looks to me like they are the only 55 players eligible to play for the national team. I mean, Ryan Fredericks and Ben Johnson. I'm also a West Ham fan but.....

An English version is "Association not Causation". A lot of this was done during the Covid era about side effects, deaths etc. However Wilder leaving and the club looking brighter is definitely causation! -
Boro v QPR 2-3( Ikpeazu, Crooks)
guineapig replied to Denzel Zanzibar's topic in Match Day Threads 2021/22 Season
It's madness to have people just running after specific players wherever they go. I noticed that quite a lot last night, particularly when QPR were in our RB position. It looked like all the defenders set off on some mad ball watching rush. However, as most people have said, the problem was midfield. After about 20 minutes of the match I could see this coming because QPR were just streaming through at will. Remind me why George Saville was sold -
I was thinking the other way round (West Ham fan here)😱

Adrian was fine for most of the time he was at West Ham (I have to declare an interest here because I am a West Ham fan as well). Liverpool must have seen something in him or they wouldn't have bought him. Good choice I would say

The Blackburn goalie didn't play on Wednesday night, maybe we could get him. Oh wait..

I'm surprised they're allowed to sell one if Sky covering the match -
why is it always a nightmare trying to watch the live streams..

I watch it on a laptop on a Chrome browser, because it doesn't always play in Edge, and then cast it to the TV. I don't have any problems now although I did in the early days. I have tried connecting from the app on my tablet and couldn't get anywhere - just kept going round in a loop -
"Spence gave a great impersonation of a Now TV Stick, great when connected but prone to losing signal and dropping out." Glad it's not just me then! Particularly prone to dropping out if I put the microwave on - have to remember to make my cuppa at half time 😀 Not likely to improve but Spence probably will

It only works on the desktop site not the app

As no-one knows how many people have had it (because not everyone has been tested or admitted to hospital) it is impossible to prove the mortality rate. I wouldn't mind betting it is considerably lower than 3%. We have become frightened of our own shadow. Going out is a horrible experience - not because I fear catching the virus because I genuinely don't the way we are living now but because human interaction has become a thing to be feared and avoided at all costs. I get that the Government had to ramp up the rhetoric to get people to comply with the lockdown measures, and I don't doubt that

Jimmy, you can't take direct messages apparently. My query is, if I have no symptoms (so I'm not coughing or sneezing) why can't dentists see me? They always wear masks and gloves anyway. It's one more stress in a very stressful situation Thanks

You have to remember that politics over there is quite different. The President doesn't "belong" to the party in the same way that our Prime Minister does. He is elected separately and stands apart, although he has to govern in conjunction with Congress. Currently the House of Representatives is controlled by the Democrats and the Senate by the Republicans. In Obama's second term both parts of Congress were controlled by the Republicans, which is why he got nothing done other than through his executive orders (which Trump has spent four years reversing). The mystery to me is why the Republica

He's completely out of his depth and pig ignorant. Not as bad as the President of Brazil however

"Italy has been an outlier almost from the moment it arrived there. It turns out (according to one of the sky news app stories) that in Italy if you have the virus and die, they record it as being death by the virus even if you die of something else" Well said and I don't think the media emphasise this enough. but then their job is to create clickbait. I read yesterday that an 18 year old had died here and then today I read that, yes, he had the virus but he didn't die from it. There is a difference

How does it work going shopping when you're restricted to 2 items of things? Supposing you're doing a family shop, or on behalf of isolated friends and relatives. What's to stop people going round again?

Ash, serious question, how do you know it's not just ordinary flu. A constant cough is one of the symptoms of this virus
