Warnock deal 100% done and will be announced shortly. (Not the appointment I wanted) - Friend has been offered extension but on significantly reduced terms with possibility of coaching at the end

In fairness, Warnock didn't leave Cardiff that long ago, so it's not like there's been a massive turnover of players. Some of the players he signed might yet move on for big money. Also, quoting

If we were sacking Karanka to replace him with no one and just accept relegation we should have just stuck with Karanka for the championship, I think we'd have bounce straight back up -----------

It would be fun if he went for Dyche when he leaves Burnley.

Well he'd certainly make us a solid team.

I also don't see him taking any crap from Gibson.

We could do worse...

Are you trying to give me nightmares?

Next you'll be suggesting Jamie Pollock for the sports psychology role.

I’m voting for David Silva as player manager.

Any takers?

He'd do for me.

Though don't forget this guy threw his hat in the ring a while back...

Maybe next summer, we'll be entertaining all managerial applications from players and coaches in the Mikkel Beck charity game.

A certain Gibson is currently taking the mick out of Dyche.

Thats why I suggested earlier that anyone here with any managerial or coaching experience may as well send their CVs to the Riverside. 😁

Leeds, WBA, Brentford and Fulham. Incidentally also the top four in the Championship. It is possible to play good football and win.

True, but thats still not many is it?

Matter of fact you could argue good football is at something of a premium in the PL too, outside the top 6/8.

Hmm. I'd forgotten about him.

Guess Dyche is a definite no-no in that case. Ben's no doubt told his dad what a horrible person SD is. 🙄

Is Gibson Jr still training with us? Can we expect to see him play next season...just what is going on with him?

Maybe it’s a big Dyche conspiracy? He might have already agreed the deal with SG so he put Ben on the naughty step and sent him back to Boro so he would have him on the cheap for next season........

Patiently awaiting my Nobel prize for literature 🏆

Nah, Andy Campbell can handle that
