Hi guys! PAOK fan here from Greece. You are getting a really hard worker in Akpom. He is a top lad and a good professional. When he first came, he was considered a bench player. It was the 2018-19 sea

Morsy nearly done

Williams fee nearly agreed. 1.75million rising to 2.5 (So 1.75 then 😂).

Guy seems like he's been on top of the story he says it's 3.3 million with add ons, check the date of the previous tweet as well we've had our offer in for a week apparently!

Hopefully Warnock's cheerier now and hopefully there's some money left for another 1-2 signings the squad needs hopefully without selling Browne.

Akpom doesnt have a poor injury record, scored recently against Ajax in the Champions League, 7 goals and 2 assists in 23 games and 6 goals and 4 assists in 20 the season before isnt exactly bad either.

The greek league isnt a bad one either, Wolves struggled past Olympiacos recently in the Europa League and PAOK beat Benfica yesterday

Not exactly good either. 13 goals in 43 games.

Makes sense that, Warnock has been saying they've been in for his top target for weeks.

We're not going to go out and a sign a 15-20 goal a season striker from any league when Britt and Fletch are clearly the main forwards and money is needed elsewhere.

Supposedly beat Besiktas and Fenerbache to sign Akpom, which gives hope he has some quality about him.

Looks like he can hold the ball up, decent feet and experience playing for a side that went unbeaten while winning a fairly decent league. Not bad for a third choice striker

Are we really spunking £3mill on a Striker?!

Hoping to god this isn’t the only player we sign or use our budget on.

I’ll be livid if we spend this amount of money on a pretty meh striker, when we have 2 perfectly fine ones, yet once again refuse to sign wingers.

1 *** WINGER PLEASE

If we are spending £3million of our budget on a 3rd choice striker then that is extremely bad.

Was a bit Underwhelmed by this signing but the more i look into it i can see that he could he ideal with the way Warnock likes to set up also after watching this documentary you can see he seems like a Warnock type of player who will give everything out on the pitch and is very level headed!!

Says Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink was one of his idols growing up 😏

Not sure what else you'd like us to do mate, only other striker at the club is Ste Walker. One injury or suspension and we're relying on a 19 year old with one senior goal to his name.

You're not getting much better for that money in England because the market is so inflated for permanent deals.

It's not a lump £3m either. It's going to involve add-ons and if he does well enough to meet those, surely it's worth it?

Definitely need a few more additions at key areas, mind.

Where has this idea come from he is coming in as 3rd choice? If he performs he stays in the team.

We are playing 2 out and out striker this season very much in the sheff utd 3.5.2 mould.

Lets assume Britt is a starter. Other spot is up for grabs.

3-5-2 to 3-4-3?

He's a pretty decent player, but is he going to change how we play? Are all these awful long balls we pump forward at every opportunity going to start sticking?

We need width, full backs, wingers, attacking intent. How can everyone in the world see it apart from the men in charge?
