He doesn't even play on the wing for Wolves half the time, Traore is a freak of nature and has done marvellously but not a chance is he the best winger in the world

Who is then?

Hi guys! PAOK fan here from Greece. You are getting a really hard worker in Akpom. He is a top lad and a good professional. When he first came, he was considered a bench player. It was the 2018-19 sea

Morsy nearly done

Williams fee nearly agreed. 1.75million rising to 2.5 (So 1.75 then 😂).

Is this sarcasm?

Whilst i accept Adama has come on leaps and bounds at Wolves he has never at any point been the best winger in the world. And until he performs at the highest level fairly regularly neither will he be.

Performing for Wolverhampton in PL and Europa League does not make you the best in world. There are wingers out there doing it on biggest stage in world football which Adama as of yet has not graced.

I bet you’re fun at parties.

Well wingers in this day and age are more like support strikers in a front 3 because everyone plays 4321 or an equivalent but any of Mane, Sterling, Salah, Ronaldo, Sancho, Son, Gnabry, Mahrez

As I said he plays RWB as much as anything and doesn't offer close to the assists or goals of others

Totally agree with that list mate and you can add leroy sane to that list if he has overcome his injury.

Imo football is all about levels and until Adama performs at highest legel he can't be classed as the best of the rest.

You’re forgetting we bought, then sold, the best winger in the world at the moment.

We got one season out of him and he was the only creative outlet in a average side. His game has come on massively since his move to Wolves so lets not over exaggerate his time here. It has always been an ongoing issue for Boro over a period of years, unless you're trying to claim that one season fixed over ten years of issues I don't see how that's relevant,

He was talking about Downing anyway.

Depending on who you include, Sancho or Sterling would be up there I imagine.  Statistically speaking, they are light years ahead of Traore.  The lad at Leicester had a better season than him last year I think, Harvey Barnes.  I assume people don't think he's the best winger in the world though.  I think Traore might crack the top 20 as it stands but that's about it.  Needs to kick on again if he wants to be discussed in those sort of terms.  I hope he makes the right move when Wolves cash in on him.

Six months really, not even a full season.

Barnes was a fair bit less productive than him from memory, although Adama did have Europa games.

In terms of goals and assists combined Barnes (14) contributed more (by the smallest of margins) in the PL than Traore (13). Barnes started 3 less games too.
