Now you’re getting there. It shouldn’t matter a damn where they come from but if they are local or English Boro fans for some reason have a gripe with it

Getting where? You made a list of five foreigners you didn't like. I merely pointed out that stating there were no English players in there was a bit redundant.  I've never argued for or against foreign players vs English ones.

Luckily we had the perfect British replacement lined up in Gary Gill to step up and take all of that control back *Downs a shot a vodka and starts rambling about the shape of bananas* 💪🇬🇧

Fair enough. The point I’m trying to make is that local players are more likely to show loyalty, that’s all

If there isn't a right number then why are you mentioning the number at all?  Do I think we've made the right decisions in the transfer market?  Of course I don't, as I've said once or twice over the past few years.  I don't believe that the location of our purchases is the issue though, more the quality or lack of it.

If we had a mix of players from overseas and domestic to create a balanced squad, then surely that would be best?
As a result of favouring the domestic market, surely that is showing that our lack of quality is being exhausted in the domestic market.

It’s as you’ve mentioned, we’ve made wrong decisions in the transfer market, AND we keep going down that avenue of domestic purchases.

The numbers are a fact of our dependence on the domestic leagues which have brought lack of quality. We should address that and look elsewhere.

We're after the Doncaster captain now apparently - why are we going for defensive midfielders? Im truly baffled.

Where you hear this? And because NW doesn't think we're strong enough centrally.

Well these last 15 pages have ruined my evening.

- More club redundancies to staff.
- Ben Gibson off to Norwich
- Kevin Stewart got other clubs interested (RIP)

This club is depressing.

Stewart not a target?
